As an eating designer, Marije Vogelzang considers the emotional and psychological aspects of eating. After studying at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Vogelzang spent seven years running PROEF, a design studio and restaurant with locations in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. In 2016, she launched the Dutch Institute of Food&Design and she continues to host culinary events worldwide.
