Yes exactly that's why I take either the oasis or the basic because with the signature which I just got in January I got the cleat case so I could put stickers in there but it doesn't close and a screen protector really takes away from the screen. I don't have one on either of them I just keep them clean😊 the basi goes to work with me because I feel if someone took it or something happened it wasn't as expensive as the others I mean 100 dollars isn't something to not take care of but sad enough the way the economy is its justifiable I guess🤷♀️ I think we love the basic too because it's like the OG of kindles😂
The Oasis is my favorite. Love the ergonomic design that gives it a grip, its light, waterproof, auto brightness, several fonts, warm light, page turn buttons, has screen that self adjusts ( flips so its never upside down). Don't understand why they discontinued it.
Omg, thank you! Do you want to know something weird? When I re-decorated my kindle, that sticker completely disappeared! You'll see it's gone in a future video, and I'm so sad! I have no idea where it went, but I have been thinking about it for the past couple of days, so I need to figure out where exactly it came from and get another one! I'll link it once I figure it out! Your comment was a sign that I need a new one!!! Maybe I'll get a few so I can mail them to people!

For me, the paper-white is the best. The fire tablets screens just have a slightly fuzzy resolution. The oasis was just too expensive. The paper-white is... just right.
Good now I can sell mine for 500.00😂😂 no just jocking. I have the basic , the signature paper white and my oasis from 2019 thats still rocking , and I have the kindle fire 8 . I love the that the signature and fire 8 are wireless. I love my oasis though would never get rid of especially for the price I paid! But it works great❤❤❤❤
I love that you collect them too!!! I agree, I love the oasis and wouldn’t get rid of it. I did get an offer from Amazon the other day after I filmed this to trade in my oasis for $75 credit toward a new kindle which I thought was interesting… not enough for me to part with it for sure! 😂😍
Really $ 75 after paying over 2 hundred what an insult I saw one on FB market place the women is selling it fo 100 which is a steal it had a clear case on it and it was in great condition. I'm glad you're keeping it😊❤The only one I don't have is The Scribe and honestly I don't think it's worth the price.
Hi there, Nice overview! My (similar) Fire tablet has dark mode, and that reduces the eye fatigue factor for me. Also, depending on edition, comes with amber on a sliding scale for night reading. My edition of the Oasis has the warm light on a sliding gradient scale - very nice. It also came with extra memory (so no problem there). The Oasis (with the great page-turn buttons) is still my favorite small e-reader, although I do read a lot on my Fire tablet with it in the dark mode. Thanks for taking the time to share. ~Spike 🥸

Does your Oasis have dark mode? I’m older and my vision isn’t as sharp, so I now have a Scribe that I use just for reading larger print. It also has warmth, but alas, no page-turn buttons… 🧐 ~Spike 🥸
