Enjoyed the image-over. I was really hoping you would chop down that cedar tree in front next to the garage/sidewalk. But any improvement is better than the way it was. Truthfully simply mowing an overgrown lawn makes the #1 improvement in these places, edging second, and then taking out overgrown trees in front of the house. As hard as the ivy was, it was in back and I would have just trimmed it back. It’s all going to grow back pretty quickly unless you’re there monthly spraying it with weed killer… a time-killer.
Superb job Spencer, great transformation, lots of different jobs going on today, at least you can see the property now. I glad the neighbours are happy now. Well done and all the best 💖👍👍❤️❤️💕🤟🏼✌️🫠

Hey Spencer, love what you do! Huge compliments to you. I’m a Lawn Lady T-shirt owner so I fully support you. A tiny critique I have, though, is that you don’t rake up some of the debris you leave behind. I know you addresses this in another video and it’d take you too long, but I’m not suggesting you rake up everything, but things like the garden beds and the huge clumps of grass. It doesn’t have to be perfect but a little more effort here would be amazing. I know grass will decompose returning nutrients, etc, but what do these properties look like in 4 weeks? Is that really doing better for the community. Just my two cents. Keep being great!

Wow the AC unit just totally camo under those vines
This looks amazing now and beautiful thank you God bless you 🙏❤️
The neighbor lady said 1 or 2 years. They must’ve recently moved there, cause that looked like 10+ years of growth.
Angel wing trees do grow that fast, and so do weeds and Boston ivy.
@@MarySanchez-qk3hp I said that based on the plants and climate we have here in Colorado, which is cold and dry.
FANTASTIC JOB SPENCER!!!😊😊😊💕💕💕🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I wish there was an easy way for you to clean off the roof and gutters too. So many properties seem to fall apart when the roofs have the issues like this one and water starts getting in. So many homeless here in California and to see a beautiful home like this sit abandoned and left to elements is heartbreaking for me. I love what you do and let’s hope it inspires the home owner to sale it soon so someone can live in it and take care of it.

Thx for all you do...happy friday, time to get mowing!!
You are an amazing young man. Thank you for sharing your work ethic and incredible spirit and energy.
Bro, nice work, America. Bless you 🙏
It really is sad to see vacant homes and buildings. So much money could be made. Times are so hard
You do amazing work. 👍
WOW Spencer, you ‘found’ that house. 😮
So sad that there are vacant homes (in goodish condition) that the many homeless veterans could use.😢 Thanks Spencer for your dedicated efforts!
Welcome to "Fox Lawns", It's a pleasure to meet all of you around the world. We are Vietnamese. "
😮😮😮 Thank you so much for helping others out. Amazing transformation ❤❤
I love watching your videos thank you God bless you
Hey there Spencer.
It’s been a while since I left you a comment.
My team and I got my lawn mowed and we mowed about 15 of my neighbors in my neighborhood. The grass was long and we ended up double cutting. One of my other neighbors actually needed help with the weed eating edging and blowing they told me they mowed the lawn so I ended up helping them out.
What you did in this video looks incredible. That insane that vines grew along the house. Man it looks like 100,000 times better. Great job man
🎉YAY YOU!!! 🎉
Thank you for sharing Him and His love with people you may never meet.
You are a blessing!
God notices!🙌
Have a blessed weekend!

Always a pleasure to watch the transformation.
I love your videos keep up the great work
Driveway and sidewalks look fantastic!!
I love watching you restore beauty and I would really like to hear you sing again 😊
God bless your heart for doing all of that ivy by hand. It sure looks amazing now! Beautiful job, Spencer ❤❤❤
What a transformation! It can be truly said that you discovered a house under all those vines and trees. I am sure the owner will be properly amazed and grateful. Thank You. ♥
Spencer, you are such an amazing fellow. Thank you for all the good you do in this world. 😊
Looks to be one of the most overgrown yards you’ve done! Excellent job!
