- I accidentally found this yard while heading to another job. It must have been fate because there were things that happened that I've never come across before. First and foremost, the yard was out of control because the owner didn't pay their taxes and got foreclosed on 6 months ago. Next, I found an injured cat buried deep in the overgrowth and had to go on a rescue mission to save it's live. Finally, a neighbor stopped to tell me how much this work benefits her daily life. I'm so happy that I'm able to do this work and wouldn't change it for the world!

I'm not debating him having the heart in the right place. But a windshield replacement can get expensive. It could easily cost more than 200 bucks.
@@koopalibrary I'm confused by your comment. Did you see the part of the video where he spoke to the owner of the car? She agreed to accept what he gave her.
Also, most windshield damage doesn't require full replacement. In most instances of a stray rock hitting it, they just repair the damage rather than replace an entire windshield.

As a lawn maintenance guy that’s broken many a windows , even when ya try to avoid it , sometimes a object just gets whipped right past ya .
At one property, I hit a paintball and it splattered onto a trucks fender and as we resumed doing the tall grass something got picked up and the rear window of the company got broken .
I once was at Corpus Christi down below a bed at the grocery store , weed eating cautiously because of the cars traffic in the parking lots and I’d stop or reduce my speed . Well little did I know that behind me a car was traveling in my blind spot and the weed eater slung something and hit the back window of a car as it came around me . Then the man who got out was about 6’3” jacked like a body builder and he was very upset because in the
backseat was their toddler inside of the car seat and the shattered glass thankfully only landed on top of her sun cover .
The mom was also alright but he was ticked because the company was telling him to file a police report and that they would settle to repair his window but he was from out of town and wasn’t willing to settle for that . I called the pm once again and told him to contact a glass repair shop that would come to the grocery store to repair it vs what they told him . At one point prior to me calling , I had told the gentleman that I would normally offered to pay for it in cash but this when I was self employed and I was just a foreman for the company.
I’m glad that they went the extra mile to take care of them .

As a cat lover and former rescue volunteer, thank you so much for caring about this little fella and getting him the help he so desperately needed. It made me tear up. I hope he recovers fully and finds a wonderful home (if he hasn't already.) ETA: There are lots of wonderful, devoted animal rescuers in communities across this country. If you don't donate or help with this place, please - find one in your town. As the director said here, most of them run on donations and foster homes.
You do all that work, save an injured cat, raise funds for a no kill shelter... and you're $200 out of pocket. You, sir, are a true warrior.

This was a wild day! Rescued a cat who probably would have died in that grass if you hadn't come along, helped a woman get safely to and from church by clearing her path and beautified this house while finding hidden walkways, patios and driveways. What an adventure! Great job and thank you.

You find trash, sidewalks, driveways, patios and sometimes, rescue animals; but more than anything, you find wealth. Then you share it all with us. Thank you, Spencer.
A yard clean up, a footpath made safer to walk and no longer an eyesore is reason enough. A helpless unwell cat is uplifted to a place where he will be given kindly care fed regularly, made well, get vaccinated and desexed and soon be given a good caring home of his own. Gofundme donations have exceeded expectations. These show that people who watch and follow this channel appreciate and support these acts of kindness. Is it not heartwarming to learn that so many of the folk who follow this channel are kind and caring and have made our world just that little bit better? It feels good to be part of this community.

This is truly an amazing episode. I'm so happy to see such kindness not only helping the neighborhood and that sweet cat, but also the passion and effort in helping that sanctuary, which by the way I don't see many organizations for any animal that is that nurturing mother animals and provide a safe haven. I used to live in Texas and never heard of them so it is amazing to see such a wonderful place and all the donations towards it.
Thank you for helping that kitty and not taking it to a kill shelter, being able to get it taken care of and hopefully in future adopted. You know it was bad off when your equipment didnt run it off and having all that stuff blown on it. He seemed very sweet.
