Anyone that stops by my house over the holiday season gets a small home made gift. My grandma used to make a hot chocolate mix using nestle quik, dry milk powder, and a bit of powdered sugar that I've always wanted to make some for these little gifts but could never figure out a container that suited me. These would be perfect. There are so many "gift in a jar" recipes out there that would work for this. Cookie mixes, soup mixes...you could even cram one full of art or craft supplies.

I loved everyone you made but think the Hyranea and Robins, as well as the Summer flowers, were just beautiful. But for Christmas, we certainly do need the winter seasonal looks and they would be fabulous for anyone who wanted to give a gift at the Holiday season.

Love all of your mason jars. They are beautiful. I'm a new viewer of your channel. I watch lots of crafters here. I'm here to learn new techniques and products.
I always save the extra layers of the napkins I decopodge with. They can be used in many ways. I saw a crafter line boxes with them. I've seen them used as filler for large vases. I've used them to tone down really bright craft papers that I wouldn't use otherwise.

I really love your technique! The plastic bags to secure the napkins is a brilliant idea! Also love that you chose an off white color as you are right, the white is too stark. Also brilliant that you chose to wait about a day for the first coat of mod Podge to dry before moving on to the 2nd coat of mod podge so the napkins don’t rip. Very nicely done! 1. Where do you order the napkins?
    2. What type paint? Latex, chalk...
    3. How do you trim excess from the bottom after the first dry time?
    Thank you.

I love the Hydrangieas and the Winter Owls. This was very helpful for my decoupage education! I'm still learning and can't wait to try your technique.

I would cut a round disk of felt and glue it to the bottom. I like to do lampshades, also can use patterned tissue papers

What a good idea with the lampshades that would be very pretty, too. Thank you for your suggestion, I have an ugly off-white one I inherited. It won't be ugly anymore. 😉☺️
