I find plastic spacing wedges are very good for running along the gap between the cill and the frame rather than a screwdriver, usually a 1mm plastic wedge fits perfectly and lets you get right to the back of the gap and with no risk of scratching anything. Pipe cleaners can also be handy to push down the weep vents to help dislodge anything and doing it when dry tends to work better but with the current weather you could be waiting a very long time for that 🤣 (Good to see you back posting videos!)
If the drain holes are clear, you can inspect the gasket/seal around the door. If that is in bad condition, it can be replaced. You just need the correct profile- tinyurl.com/yy3c5phu You can also check that the door is closing properly, if you open the door you will see round cams which have a hexagonal internal head, you can insert an Allen key into the cam and rotate it, so that the door closes tighter! Thanks for the comment 👍
Thanks for this helpful video. Does anyone reading this comment have any idea about what can be done if the water is leaking under the french door frame? This is the ground floor, and the patio and the floor are the same level as in this video. When it rains, I can see the water ingress under the carpet from the outside under the french door frame. I am thinking the builders have not sealed under the frame properly and it is now causing a problem. So, if anyone have any idea about what can be done now to seal this area, it will be much appreciated.
Due to the horrendous rain in the last 48 hours I’ve noticed I’ve got a small drip coming through the torx screw in the middle of frame that fixes to the brickwork. Any idea how I can stop that leaking?
I’d check the silicone sealant between the door frame and the bricks/stone, it’s likely that the water is getting in there and tracking out of the screw head hole! Best of luck with it 👍
A tree fell onto the conservatory! The tree can be seen in this video- ruclips.net/video/Db46gfcc5qU/видео.html&t Obviously, we are more concerned about the demolished garage and the holes in the conservatory roof, than cleaning it 😉

Came to say the same, prevention via routine maintenance is always best 👍
Thank you so much. This solved the problem. I would never figured it out.

hope fully the sun shines today ,I've seen people seal the gap for the drain and pointed out why they should not do this
I've seen that done, caused a right mess...

I have the same problem except the seal itself is thinning away. Need to get a replacement
Yeah, it’s a good idea to replace the seals, once they get worn!

In east Lancs the wind only blows in one direction - head on.
😂😂
It that a derelict house or does the owner not like cleaning? Inside and outside are filthy!

Judging from the dried grass on the walls, they don't care enough.
