Thanks for the review. I am quite surprised you are the only one who made a reaction to this band. The have been one of the greatest band ever. Listen to Save Yourself record as well. Nightmare is one of their best songs as well.

Yesssss!! I love this band! Robin, the singer, has some stellar 80s metal vocals. He has some pipes!
Follow the night, This is my heart, Anytime, MSG put out some great catchy songs with Robin on vocals, who still sounds great today. Really underated band. Robin McAuley doesnt get the recognitiion he deserves, he has a great voice for rock songs.
Saw MSG with McAuley this year. He has still got the great voice he did back in the days.
First three Michael schenker group albums after he left UFO were great
I’m still listening to their album “Perfect Timing” quite a bit to this day. Easily a favorite of mine 🤘🏻

I've listened to both MSG and House of Lords - another band to check out, for such a long time and HOL latest release came out over a year ago.

Michael Schenker was the original lead guitarist for the Scorpions. In fact Michael wrote the Lonesome Crow album at 16 years old BEFORE the Scorpions even existed. Klaus and some of the boys pretty much begged Michael to let them be in on the recording of Lonesome Crow so in roughly a week, they threw a band together and the Scorpions were born. Michael Schenker is one of the best ever guitarists. He was a major influence of many of the guitarists throughout the 1980’s. Eddie Van Halen even “borrowed” several riffs from Michael. Well documented.

Find their Japanese acoustic release. Robin McCauley is the best vocalist and still sounds the same today.

* They are all badass, but Walkin Shoes is the one I'd suggest for a vid because everyone loves it INSTANTLY, but a lot of people will have never heard it.
Michael was only with his brother in scorpions very shortly then formed UFO before he went solo

Their live versions of this are as the should be, PERFECT. Exactly like the original. Just like the Scorpions. I started playing hair guitar in 1985. I was 15. Was the greatest time be learning. All of the players were killers. I've seen EVERYONE in concert, and I hate it when they add or change the songs live. My favorite player is the biggest violator. Don't even care to see him play live. Guitar public enemy #1 George Lynch.

Check out the 2015 remake by Robin and Steve Mann (both are in that MSG video and they co-wrote the song). I like it a lot better even though there is no Michael.

Yeah this album just barely caught the 80's. Haha. Late 89, cuz I was at Fort Carson and bought the CASSETTE the week it came out. These guys are badass.

The collaboration between Michael Schenker (guitarist for UFO) and Robin McAuley was the single greatest collaboration in the history of music. The Michael Schenker group (M.S.G) was great, but with Robin on the vocals for three albums of M.S.G (during the time was known as the McAuley Schenker Group with the same initiall) was a phenomenal time for the band. If I am not mistaken the guitarist, drummer, and bassist were the same for the Michael Schenker Group and the McAuley Schenker Group, but the singer changed.
No that would be Blackmore Gillan , Blackmore turner , Blackmore Dio, tony iommi Dio , schenker Phil mogg, page plant .
you are mistaken about the drummer, guitarist bassist. msg has been through countless changes of band members. mcauley / schenker had no members from msg. (other than schenker, obviously)
