Is lean fat same as fat? Essentially my question is, does chances of me losing fat reduces if I do more cardio vs. If I skip cardio and just do weight training.

Dear sir, I am slightly confused with cardio based weight loss program. In martial arts, it's recommended that we go for long distance runs and also sprint, along with lifting weights. If all the three is incorporated then will there still be accumulation of skinny fat? I mean IMTG?
Excellent piece of information sir..... understood some stuffs n some went above my head....can u dedicate a simpler version of same topic later on so that people like me understand it better... hope u consider 😊
Thank you, JC Sir, for such an informative video. I had a question about the point you made at 16:40 regarding the body burning fuel from the cytoplasm outside of the cells. I was a bit confused since I thought that the cytoplasm was part of the cell itself. Could you please clarify this for me? Thank you again for the excellent video
Hi sir, I have a doubt When we do cardio which leads to aerobic oxidation and will burn fat. As u said while resting, whatever fat is lost, it ll come back.... Say I'm doing both cardio and weight training and I don't want that lost fat to come back while resting... What is the solution for this??
Hello sir I have one simple question. Whenever I work out I get more hungry and I tend to eat a little extra. So all effort goes to waste. How to manage it?
I’m leaning new concepts but not properly getting them, but I knew I’m new to this so it take time to get proper understanding of these concepts. Thanks sir for enhancing my level of knowledge.
Hi JC, If the process as explained by you of myofibrillar hypertrophy is correct pattern to gain strength and increase muscle fiber size? Then, when we are unable to lift heavy weight, why doea the gym trainer tells us to increase the sets or reps to gain strength and then lift heavy i.e. go for the time led adaptation?
Hello JC, great video again, I have 2 questions - 1. for weight loss which scenario is better more reps or more load to increase the volume and lose weight 2. Why do I see better weight loss on day I do squats and dead lift as compared to upper body.
If you watch the video, and I’ve explained this towards the end, there’s no right and wrong wrt reps and load. It depends on your end goal. Either is fine
A religious follower, you are the reason behind me to get into fitness 🙏🏻. please can I ask a qq ? When you say if there is no reason for those muscles then they are the worst , what do you mean really? Like a common lady how can I make use of them apart from exercising?
Sometimes when people want to build muscles quickly, they take short cuts like steroids in which case, the muscles build faster but apart from looking bigger, doesn’t serve any actual purpose
As to what you can do with them? Muscles help you become stronger, faster, leaner, younger when obtained through the right process. Muscles give proper tone and shape to the body
Hi JC !! I really appreciate the work that you're doing. Can you please give me a suggestion on my problem. I'm worried about getting a kidney stone as I've heard that whey protein is bad.(I personally use ON whey) I know that it's made up of milk so it doesn't harm you but I'm talking about the long term effects of taking it / on top of this I've seen that multivitamin can also be risky as too much calcium and other minerals can lead to kidney stones as well. Would love to hear your thoughts on it, I know protein as well as multivitamins are essential but how to save ourselves from this thing ?

Sir,In these past years I have seen many mathematical application in this fitness industry regarding diet and calories count and optimisation of energy magar mujhe ye nahi samjh me aata hai why still there is a void for physics application? Like if we benchpress 100kg , so energy burnt in 1 rep would be 100*9.8*(your arm length)Joules or if we deadlift 100 kg so energy burnt from that specif lifting would be 100*9.8* movement in that rod. I have seen some rough values given on fittr for exercises but not in depth detailing like we discuss our body science always
There are activity based calculations. We use MET values. MET values or metabolic equivalent differ from one person to another as not all individuals generate same amount of ATP. Infact it varies a lot depending on your age, weight, gender etc and that’s why it’s difficult to use one calculation and generalise it to everyone. METs are approximations too
@@Fittrjc ohkay , is it the same reason smart watches ask for options before opting a exercise whether it's yoga or badminton Or work out? And also sir how important is massage for our body, how often should we get it ?

So lets say cardio makes our body anticipate and store fat while resting... if thats correct then cardio shouldnt be done at all right? coz our resting time for any normal non athletic adult will be significantly more than workout/cardio time!!!. Yes, pls understand that roughly 80% people in the world go through slipped discs at some point in their lives. Slipped disc doesn’t mean your back is broken, it’s just a lot of pain as your disc material touches one of your nerves. Overtime as you repeat the movements under supervision , the nerve roots become stronger and the pain goes away. The whole process can take between 12-18 months.
