Her hands look so relaxed. She’s as if she doesn’t have any difficulty playing the piece. When I look at myself play, I can see and feel myself tensing up. Amazing.

i always used to tense up, then i started telling my hands to ‘play’ the keys, not massage them, not press them; just relax your hands and fly them over the keys without trying to feel each one

Never play so fast that you are tense. Play slowly and relaxed until you gain enough fluency to speed it up.

The "Refugee Etude" has been written under the impression of African hords coming to Germany in 2015 and further. It's duration is 3y:4m:3w:2d:11h. Also called "Social welfare paid by others, fis-moll". Heart touching. But You need a lot of practice.

To me it sounds like interdimensional travel. I guess death is a portal to that, so I can see someone getting there. This is a war song, but it also goes perfect with medieval vampire stuff, which includes romance, moonlight, castles, and a struggle to escape.

I love how "separate" the left and right hands are in this piece-- when the left hand goes down, the chords in the right hand go up; the left hand plays sixteenth notes while the right hand plays quarter notes and half notes. One thing that I love about how she plays the left hand is that it doesn't seem like separate sixteenth notes, it sounds like one fluid motion. To me, this piece sounds like a bold ship sailing through a thunderstorm.

    Lioness
    ..

    • @joaquinoliete5536
      @joaquinoliete5536 9 лет назад +5

Saludos.
