Vilavurs = Survival.....on that planet we are shown how their efforts to survive in the middle of nowhere 2. Shummoor = Mushroom.....it is certain that the mushroom referred to here is the mushroom that had poisoned them 3. Arispade = Paradise.....finally they landed on a planet that used to make them relax a little, despite the fact that there had been a Tsunami 4. Icriss = Crisis......on this planet we can see how they deal with the crisis that hit them when the Astra plane was damaged 5. Galem = Gleam.....Kanata once said, "If We’re Surrounded By Darkness…We Have To Hold Each Other’s Hands"....and it turns out, when they hold hands, they all Gleam in the end
I just realized that this entire anime's concept can be summed up in the Latin phrase the found in the ship. *Per Aspera Ad Astra* *Through Hardships to the Stars*
They did everything in their power to remind the threat of traitor, only for viewers to come back to the op and notice Aries's name upside down and think to themselves that people need to step up on foreshadowing since it was too obvious, then ep 7 came Somebody need to give the director a medal for this
THIS ANIME WAS SO FUCKING GOOD 😭😭deserves so much more recognition I wish it was more popular when it first dropped. being w the main crew and w them along for the ride for 12 episodes was just too good , the plot twists the characters just feel organic and real , I loved the dynamic of the group and the love. I loved their relationships and how they interacted , it honestly shouldn’t have been as good as it was but man was it enjoyable every step of the way

I came across this anime because of Among Us, but ngl this is one of the best anime I've ever seen. Truly a hidden gem. It's so rare for a sci-fi story not to feature alien creatures (well, except for the plants and animals) and large-scale planetary wars and instead focus on the humans. Also no, the plot isn't the same as Among Us.

Just finished watching the last episode today, and it really is one of the most unique anime's I've ever seen and Imma really miss waiting every week to watch this. It deserves the praise it's gotten and if you haven't watched this then you 100% should :)

There's a newer version of this opening starting in episode 6. Just some subtle changes, but the new one features Yun Hua with her new hairstyle, and she no longer looks gloomy in it. :) Btw, this is my favorite anime from Summer 2019.
This is one of the very few anime I've seen with ALL plot points taken care of. It was AMAZING how we were thrown plot twist after plot twist. I was very surprised on how well it was handled too. 9/10 I highly recommend this show.

Just saw the final episode and am blown away by how much I loved it! I even shed a few tears. Always love a show with the message of peace, love, and most importantly, hope! But boy the last episodes sure were confusing. Kinda wished they'd given this anime more episodes so it didn't pack so much into a short period of time. I also wish we'd gotten to know more about Polina. Anyone notice what the nametag Kanata retrieved for her on planet Icriss said on it? Had a name, birthdate, and "Seattle WA" on it. Never got addressed though, and that bothers me a bit.....🤔
This opening was recommended to me, after reading some of the comments under here I decided to watch Kanata no Astra/Astra Lost in Space. They weren't lying, this anime is great! I give it a 9.5/10. I also see why many people say that this is anime version of Among Us, lol.

What an absolute master piece
Just saw the final episode and am blown away by how much I loved it! I even shed a few tears. Always love a show with the message of peace, love, and most importantly, hope!
But boy the last episodes sure were confusing. Kinda wished they'd given this anime more episodes so it didn't pack so much into a short period of time.
I also wish we'd gotten to know more about Polina. Anyone notice what the nametag Kanata retrieved for her on planet Icriss said on it? Had a name, birthdate, and "Seattle WA" on it. Never got addressed though, and that bothers me a bit.....🤔

This opening was recommended to me, after reading some of the comments under here I decided to watch Kanata no Astra/Astra Lost in Space. They weren't lying, this anime is great! I give it a 9.5/10. I also see why many people say that this is anime version of Among Us, lol.
