Buy a good brand of battery (I always use Duracell) and the size is CR2032

Definitely agree with your advice to buy a good brand of battery. I bought a multipack of cheapo batteries from one of the discount stores and found I was constantly changing flat keycard batteries.

It's a good idea not to touch the bottom surface of the battery as your hand leaves some grease on it and the current is very low in operation.
So far , its still working fine 🙂
You were lucky with your Zoe . My purchase was for the same model and year from the same Porstmouth garage. Within two months the car had accumulated 7 faults. I returned it to the dealer expecting the faults to be sorted under warranty. Not a chance.........the dealer said they would 'investigate' the faults but charge me £120 for each one. The problems included the instrument lights, headlights and infotech screen dimming for no reason. Each time I had to stop driving and reboot the start up system. I had constant alarms for unsecure seat belts, open doors and an unlocked boot. When it rained the rear camera stopped working and the re-charging system repeatedly failed at both commercial and at my own home charger.. The customer service was appalling. I was never once offered a courtessy car or collection of my Zoe or even a lift home. Only one of the 7 problems was fixed and after just 12 months of ownership I sold the car and went back to an ICE motor.
I changed the battery, but still not working
