But there is almost always an advantageous evolutionary reason for them to exist and perpetuate as well. The negative sides are often expressed when an environment mismatch is triggering it. In our case modern buildings (practices) and water damage. Change the environment, change the expression, and the advantages may become apparent.

Can you please tell me what specific bloodwork I should ask my doctor for to see if I have CIRS. I took the vcs test and I came back positive with the clusters as well as the visual so I’m pretty sure I have it because I’ve been dealing with stomach issues for many years and I’m on a carnivore diet.

I was diagnosed with autoimmune based off of a genetic test + symptoms. My cirs seems to have triggered the autoimmune condition for me
