    Nice session. I really don't care what people think. I have also been told that I must be on something. Haters are gonna hate. We know from watching each other struggle to get where we are that there are no chemicals involved. With the same effort we put in plus chemicals the results would be different! I have been lifting M/W/F for quite a while. It has really helped my shoulders because it gives time for the inflamation to go down. I feel better that way. Even a 4 day split doesn't give the shoulders enough of a break. 3 heavy days is enough for us a little bit older lifters.

      @@LastChanceKnives can't substitute good hard work. And I'm really looking forward to this new schedule. It's going to open time up for more things.

    Could it be The AB Roller!!!!……..
    I picked up a used one and was tough on the lower back. I enjoy a challenge and will dig that thing back out again.
    Taking a break from the heavy stuff actually makes us stronger. I’ve learned this from minor injuries forcing me to take breaks focusing on improving the weak areas and areas that hurt, only to find out that I gained strength, not lost any. Now I try to hit my PR once, then do other things for a few weeks.

      Hey..thanks for the comment..well, its not the ab roller..lol. BUT good guess. I think its going to throw people a bit when i finally reveal what im going to do..oh..might be a good new years eve live stream? eh?? ..

    It’s a good idea to switch things up. I also don’t think it’s particularly good for mental health to keep endlessly chasing goals because it’s good to appreciate your accomplishments.

    Great deadlift sesh ! 405 x5 is really good 👍🏻 . I actually watched this last night and I guess my comment didn’t go through but I get it on mixing things around. I’m basically in maintenance mode on the bench and squat until everything is healed .

      @wilsong4096 thank you. RUclips hides comments sometimes. You have to click on "newest first" then sometimes they show. They need to figure things out. And hope you heal up and get back to those crazy lifts soon.

    Thats what i used to do in my powerlifting days. 3 days lifting, and 2 days calisthenics. I think you'll like the switch. Nice deadlifts as always

    I have 2 guesses 🤓: Tony Little’s Gazelle or one of those Healthriders where it looks like a squat and a row all-in-one.

      Yeah. I think the biggest change is going to lifting only 3 days. I'll see how I do and go from there. Keep up the good work.

    Compound barbell "big" lifts mon weds fri and Tue Thurs Sat for cardio and assistance lifts is my strategy, so I'll be interested to see your new approach and how it works for you. I'll be shamelessly stealing for my own workouts anything that you find works well and noting what didn't work so well for you 😁
    I disagree about the judging... For example in a public gym the judgemental people are too busy posing and checking to see people are watching them to notice other people's weight. Who cares what idiots think anyway.

      @thebodybeatdownDiTi  6 дней назад

      Thanks man..yeah i have a couple ideas for the routine im doing. We'll see..And im sure most of the idiots in gyms are busy trying to be seen..Ive not had many comments from people. BUT I have had the 'youre on gear" and "fake weights" comments from time to time..People have to find excuses for their shortcomings ...Appreciate you and your comment.
