I love the floor leveled showers that walk through. It's so much easier if you are aging and/or have mobility issues. There is also plenty of floor space.

Also, it looks like you're shooting with a DJI Osmo 3 camera, I think you might be on the tilt locked mode, which limits the camera from moving up and down, I suggest you change the gimbal setting to be on follow mode, which allows you those up and down shots to feature the crown molding and baseboards with ease.

Skylights are nothing more than money pits waiting to happen. Give it 5 or 7 years, and you WILL have water issues. Solar tube's are much better.

Client knew what they wanted, the goal was to provide natural light in bathroom/Music Room. Since no window could go in either room.
personally, I feel less energy loss with a solar tube. also smaller area for a leak to occur compared to a skylight.

no flooding here. All water that goes down the driveway slopes to the right. It will never get into Garage. All water falls into the Lake behind.
