Is expeller pressed sunflower oil better? Please! 🙏😊

No it isnt...it is still a seed oil
I've been learning...tallow, bacon grease, avocado oil ( if not allergic to Avocados )

@@michellejohnson6207 I use avocado oil for cooking, but so many things, that are actually a healthier choice than others, have expeller pressed sunflower oil in them. I'm also watching oxalates for kidney stone prevention, and had to switch from peanut butter to sunflower butter.

@@angiepattillo3599 have you tried organic peanut butter ?? Valencia nuts are used in organic peanut butter
Regular peanuts are heavily sprayed with Glyphosate...I believe that maybe more of our problem than the peanut itself

I've been working on simplifying my foods...
      Keep it VERY simple
Beef butter bacon eggs...I also do Salmon
I'm reducing the amount of additives/preservatives and ingredients as much as possible

@@michellejohnson6207 it's actually the oxalates in peanuts that can cause kidney stones.
