My cleaning lady put the whole bag of powder in with the water in the bottle. Obviously this was a mistake as the whole bottle became solid and unusable. What is the bag of powder used for?
Do you need to use the oxygen boost every single load? Or can you skip it if it's lightly soiled like sheets, towels, casual wear etc (traditionally I only use a boost for work clothes or heavily soiled items)
@@branch.basics okay awesome!!! I usually use an unscented plant based detergent by biokleen and their oxygen cleaner which I imagine is very similar. But I just recently ordered the premium glass kit because I'm trying to eliminate waste! Also ordered some dryer balls tooo! Super excited I've had my eyes on the kit and saved for a few months just wanted to use up all the random cleaners I had sitting around first
My dad has the old(er) machines (not the low-water, high efficiency ones). How much laundry soap and oxygen boost do we use for low, medium and high levels of water? Thanks.
Do I add the concentrate and water to the bottle? Or do I only use the concentrate? The concentrate says add 1-2tsp but the laundry bottle has a water line...
You can use either our Laundry Bottle or straight Concentrate! Either works. We have a laundry bottle that you'll fill with water and Concentrate. 1-2tsp of Concentrate will be the same as a capful of laundry solution.
I just received the glass laundry bottle and I don’t see lids on it or any pictures. Am I missing something? Not sure how to cover or measure wo one.
Same!

You don't have to! It helps with deodorizing but if you have lighter loads like that and you just use the Laundry Solution, that works!

This blog post talks about how to do laundry in different machines! branchbasics.com/blog/branch-basics-laundry-instructions/
The instructions on the laundry bottle say 3/4 of a capful, but this video says a capful. Which is it?
We'd recommend 3/4 for smaller to medium loads and 1 capful for medium to large loads! Sorry for the confusion.
@@branch.basics Thanks!
@@branch.basics When you say "capful" do you mean the little measuring sup that sits on the top of the bottle. Sorry if I'm missing something.
