I've got a Leon Paul mask which is required to have a second retaining strap to prevent this. I wonder if other brands might be required to do the same thing soon as well.
FIE level masks are required (as of a few years now) to have the double ring velcro straps to mitigate this. LP contour ones need the extra strap cause they kept slipping like this even more so. This dude either didn't do it up correct or was using an old version. (Looking closely looks like he is using the old version)
