Very very cool, I love that Vince did this, those guys got a rare opportunity. I'll always have a special place in my heart for Motley Crue. I grew up with them, I still have my original cassette tapes! One small remark, Vince didn't seem quite in his element, but it isn't his normal Crue either, but still a very cool thing to have done, he still sounds great, good cover band as well.
Way to go Vince!!! Still sound good too... And the Cried singer was great as well. Love it when the rich and famous give something back. Last Motley Crue concert I went to was about $90 a ticket. This was prob $20. Well done Neil!
CRUED is one of the best tribute shows you'll see live and Ive seen them about 12 times. Im also a musician and as a promoter Ive booked Nazatreth, Vince Neil, Eric Burdon, etc and CRUED is up there with any real major league show Ive booked. See them at SPOT 1 Brampton friday Oct.12 /2012
I was at the event but couldn't stay due to catching the subway but it was thrill having Vince performing with Canada's number 1 tribute to Motley Crue. Vince was really rockin out with these guys.
Excellent night guys it was a one of the best nights ever and Vince even broke his foot and still came out to rock with Crued.I am so proud of you all Maxel...Robbie...Ziggy...Keith I am so happy for you all you so deserved this love ya all and Keep Rocking!!! xo

This is what I love about the Crue guys. "Hey, there's a tribute band. Why not join them?", and it probably meant to the world to the tribute band too. Because now they can say they played in a tribute band for x years, and one of the gigs was with the actual band's singer. Not many people can say that.
I was there and they were having fun trading lyrics back and forth and nobody gave 2 O'Henrys if the odd thing was screwed up. I think he looks great, and I love that Motley keeps going and going. You can't expect them to look exactly as they did 25+ years ago, that is just not realistic. Love the Crue.

It's too bad that every band's singer ages and their voice deteriorates over time. But that's just life and the true fans understand that. The ones who don't can leave because none of these guys have anything to prove anymore and they don't have to continue performing. They're doing it solely for the fans. Heck Mick even has a severe bone disease and he still isn't about to quit. Be thankful because they won't be around forever, and when they're gone no one will ever do it like they did.
I am a master at Crue songs on guitar... I will not rip these guys. I think I would be too excited to play well if Vince or ANY of those guys showed up to play!
I am the drummer of Primal Scream and Neil Wharton was my singer. We were way better. Vince never gives his son any credit. I'm a friend of Neil Wharton. That's Vince's son. I toured with him. I love that guy. Vince hated us as a result. Sad.
