    Two of my fav PMs. Thanks for this Diego. A qq Google does recruit for general PM positions how can you know the roles and responsibilities.

      This one is a bit trickier, if you apply to a “generalist” position of PM at Google, make sure that you cover as much as possible whatever is on their job description. the team matching will come at the end of your interviews

    Hello Diego, really like your content.
    I wanted to ask what framework does a PM needs to follow to decide which integrations shall I go for to integrate with my platform?
    We are a growing startup and being a PM I am demanded to add integrations to our current marketing platform. What should be a step by step approach to decide which software should integrate with mine ?
