    Cool Down: 5 minutes of breathwork and stretches to promote flexibility and recovery.

    At first I thought: “Oh Day 2 gonna be easier than Day 1” but apparently it’s not! Love the challenge on the push ups and crouching tiger. Hope you can incorporate more workouts with long resistance band again in the future 🩵

    Thank you Jacinta super use of the theraband. Favourite exercise for me was the criss cross and the crouching tiger at the end of the class. 😊
