Definitely including this in my routine. The Feeder workout looks intense but can't wait to try it. Thanks for the videos - really inspiring! Thanks Bobby 👊
@@OfficialBobbyMaximus I do some form of exercise everyday. I do (typically)- day 1 your holy trinity, day 2 lower body (belt squat, lunges, some form of hamstring exercise), day 3 ch/sh (burpee/pushups, BP, face pulls for chest, then Viking press and side raise for shoulders, maybe some farmer walks), day 4, heavy bag work, then repeat. I say typically because I may switch things around occasionally. I will do some form of abs most days based on how I’m feeling. Cardio is everyday in form of walking, rowing or stationary bike. Working on my food intake - biggest challenge. Always open to advice and thanks for the response
@@OfficialBobbyMaximus Close grip bench mainly & rope push downs in the past but haven’t tried the late Rich Piana 300/180’s yet. I use to know a guy in Adelaide, South Australia who use to make gym equipment back in the 90’s. He once told me high reps. I’m 53 now and will never stop training. At the moment I’m in Batangas, Philippines. Where I am there’s no gym around here, but I am close to the public market where they have good beef & eggs 🥩🥚🧂💦
Rich Piana created those feeder sets of skull crushers and hammer curls and my god they hurt big time. Don't expect to do anything with your arms once you're done cus if you do these right you can't anyway 🥵
You want big arms until you reach the 60's then you want lean muscular arms and a thin belly and a body wt in the 160's based on a height of 5'11"..That is me but not many of us out there.
U forgot to mention your book. If you're natty, and want big arms I hate to tell ya tris aren't the ticket. It's all about what you squat and dead for reps.
A fantastic workout. Can't wait to get at it. Thank you for the info.
Your welcome. What is your favorite Tricep exercise?
Bobby I’m over 50 but I love your training I’m struggling with injury working 12 hours a day in the farm all day.
Love your videos

They are serious business. What weight do you use?
@@OfficialBobbyMaximus 8kg dumbbells and that's enough lol

That's a great height and weight ratio. What's your training split look like?

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. What can you squat and dead?
@@OfficialBobbyMaximus Nothing worth mentioning any more. I'm 63. It's all about strength endurance now.
