What about the back?
This is a "push" workout. The back happens on the "pull" day. Legs on another. All together, it's a push, pull, legs split.

You forgot your best selling book, working w/ SF, and olympians. Only need 2. A pull and a push. I like pull-up and dip or push-up.
I agree so much. Dips and pull ups (weighted or not) are the meat and potatoes for the upper body
