what an epic "economy" enthusiast's car.. really sucks its already getting marked up to wazoo and out of the hands of plenty of people who'd buy one though.. and hopefully they'll eventually make some of the nice options in the Circuit Edition available in the Core as well; can't help but feel like those leather seats and LSD's should've been standard in a car going for 40k. Regardless, Toyota continues to help save the [mostly] affordable-fun-car market :)
the damn dealerships bro, if I could find one for anywhere near MSRP I would buy it so fast... I'm finally safely in the market for getting something near that price range. But I doubt I will find it. :( I can't bring myself to pay such a significant chunk of the normal price of the car for nothing in return other than actually getting the car.
@@amr1t_ bro thats how i feel i can finally be in the realm of possibility if its mrsp but 50ish/ 60 k is way too much
I feel like the core optioned with the lsds is the way to go
Quite the car wash ending!😂 Another great Topher review!
bro needs to start making car wash videos
I think you should start adding Car Wash asmr on your car videos 🤣
Went and looked at one of these today. I got baited in at 39k. They told me there’s a 10k “market adjustment”. It’s not a 50k car. I don’t care how good it drives.
that 0-60 is pretty quick!
Everybody’s so impressed by 20:05 meanwhile growing up in pakistan every kid with their parents FWD 800, 1000 and 1500cc cars were drifting like this day in and day out 😅 thats all we did, pull the handbrake and let it spin
ohh can t wait to get my hands on thiss machinne
I wish these cars were actually able to be purchased.
Have you ever driven a Merkur XR4Ti? Fast, fun little car! Body and frame based off the ford sierra of the same generation in Europe, but with the Ford Mustang SVO 2.3 Turbo motor. Has a worse tranny, (1-2 is the natural resting place, and has no center return spring or anything) but overall a fun car.
I remember the XRottie...lol..loved those.
@thetopher worth the extra over a WRX limited ? 39k vs 45k??
It will rally!
This car will be a great buy in about 15-20 years. Too expensive now.
Really interesting car but I still think the new WRX is a better buy for the price.. (Subaru dealers are offer 1k to 2k off MSRP while most Toyota dealers are on average marking these up for 5k)
This makes me miss my 2018 Ford Focus ST.
Need to pay off a couple vehicles but this is the next purchase no doubt. I still miss my matrix XRS.
What an awesome bang for your buck! I dread the day Toyota makes an EV version of it.
A few years ago, people belly-laughed at the mention of a 3 cylinder engine. How quickly things change.
