Vee, you should contact your tenant or landlord of the issue which you are having with the air con. They might be able to fix. I know that it has been very hot and humid recently because I have been experiencing it where I live in Ottawa, Canada where it feels like July. When do you start your PhD this month?
I just moved to Canada and I got the exact same bed for the first few days lol!

O my gosh, yayyyyy. So excited for you and 😂 I knew you might experience this accent thing when you get to America. I'm not American or British but I've been thought the two English and sometimes when I speak, I clash the two together sometimes and don't even know which is which another. So today I might be pronouncing water in a British and the next in American.
