First, love the video. Second, try the coffee drinks in Decaf. It really does help to not make you feel jittery. 🙂 You can Starbucks to make them decaf and you can change the milk type!

Omg Ive definitely been super super annoying and hyper talkative if I've had too much coffee as well 😭I have to say though Vee i DO NOT recommend having a lot when you're stressed because in my experience its just amplified my anxiousness 😭😭

Would be really interested to hear a breakdown of your week in terms of classes etc and also workload outside class (how much and what it is etc) especially as UK phd's seem to be more self-guided research focused. Am really interested in what a phd with a strong taught element looks like
