who told you 13 weeks? ive had tennis elbow recover in a few days because i didn't keep pushing through pain i stopped and did fascial release with balls and flossing of the surrounding muscles - alternating heat and ice , forearm/wrist stretches. and modifying the move that caused it. best of luck

I’m thinking about switching to an everyday program because despite not being very big I’ve been training for a long time and I simply never experience soreness anymore and recover quickly it’s like a super power.
Gym always comes first, cause that feeling when you don’t go/ slash dragging ass is the worst feeling ever, had it happen today on legs, fuckin couldn’t even squat or do lunges so I just ended up running till my eyes bled, but hey man your bulk is going hard keep up the hard work, hahahah your incline press is awesome.

You did the right thing on squat. I did them with no safeties and always left 1 or 2 RIR. (675lbs, no spotter). Never failed one in the 4 months I was in that crappy gym.
