    I could see myself following this series for a loooong time. Really good information and good vibes in these videos man! Its realistic and more relatable than most other fitness creators these days. Not flashy or bombarded with music or quotes. Just a guy with an impressive physique working out and sharing thoughts. Be careful or Ronnie might pull you over for those Death Star delts.

    SAM I found you yesterday on youtube and watched a good amount of your videos and said to myself "I gotta go lift like that goddamnit" and today I did. Holy Moly. I felt like I was gonna throw up the whole time but the pump was Fing crazy. Thank you for the tips and motivation and showing me the gym isnt just all optimal and limited lifting.

      who told you 13 weeks? ive had tennis elbow recover in a few days because i didn't keep pushing through pain i stopped and did fascial release with balls and flossing of the surrounding muscles - alternating heat and ice , forearm/wrist stretches. and modifying the move that caused it. best of luck

    Gym always comes first, cause that feeling when you don’t go/ slash dragging ass is the worst feeling ever, had it happen today on legs, fuckin couldn’t even squat or do lunges so I just ended up running till my eyes bled, but hey man your bulk is going hard keep up the hard work, hahahah your incline press is awesome.

    You did the right thing on squat. I did them with no safeties and always left 1 or 2 RIR. (675lbs, no spotter). Never failed one in the 4 months I was in that crappy gym.

    Hey Sam, I have been watching your video's for about 20 days now and I really try to up my intensity of my workouts, but I am just not recovered well enough to give it my all in the next workout.     why instead of doing hamistring in the leg day, you do instead a posterior day (back and hams) that way you can focus on quads
