I knew half way in Brad would win. Why? It isn't about flavor. Untouched "bedrock" of chips. Nothing worse than dry chips in the middle of a Nacho plate. ONE layer, or you better dance up every layer.
My favourite part of nachos is the chips with just cheese

actually, i feel as though picky eaters can make better judges. if someone can make shitty olives taste good, then that just proves the cook/chef's skill, implying that they know what they're doing as well as how to mix things correctly into a very delicious and wonderful way.

It's a close tie between italian and mexican for my favourite food
there are tooo many foods in the world to chose from - unfortunately, where I live, there is no good mexican food - it's all fast-not-good-food (taco bell in the US is better than our "Quality Mexicans").
On the other hand we got reallly good Italian food around.
Though I also love Peruvian, Bolivian, Colombian/Venezuelan, Brazilian, German, French (-just not snails or frogs), Eastern European, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Indian/Pakistani, Georgian (ONE OF THE BEST), Iranian and Ethiopian food
Since disovering Georgian and Armenian Food I am blown away.

At most you have pico de gallo on the side. Other than that, it’s nachos, beef and cheese. Another side you have is salsa and maybe, depending on mood, sour cream.

giardinara is the “veggies” they are veggies and hot peppers pickled in oil for months. it extracts the flavor and its actually super delicious. its 100000% a chicago thing like i get what he was doing. but then the added tomatoes made me lose it
