The seeds are just pure capsaicin heat though, not flavour, flavour is in the rest of the chilli pepper so I'd rather use ten de seeded chilli rather than two with the seeds, it's just as hot but you can taste the chilli pepper more. Also seeds are more likely to go through you and burn yer arse when taking a dump the next day. I make super hot curry, chilli everything and rarely get the ring sting.

Ive known action bronson and his own cooking show. but put these two guys together.... action showing off his skills as always. Both are in they element doing they thing is great to see. and then to have a judge like mr. batali is awsome. just great people doing what i love myself. cook for the fam and people you love.
