Ingredients
(1 pot soup for 2 persons)
(A)
1. 1 whole chicken leg (cut into 2)
2. 1500ml water
3. 1/4 tsp salt
(B) Herbs:-
1. 5 ~ 8 red dates (红枣)
2. 15g Goji berry (Wolfberry) (枸杞)
3. 15g Solomon's seal (玉竹)
4. 5g Gingseng Root (洋参须)
5. 8g Snow fungus (雪耳/银耳)
Cooking time: 1 hour 20 mins ~ 1 hour 30 mins. Cook until only 60% pot of soup. Хобби

Hi Sammi, I did eat the other stuff in soup like solomon"s seal and snow fungus, they might not taste very yummy, but they are healthy food as well.
Strange ingredients
Rania Anoohi , these are pretty normal ingredients for Chinese people. No strange at all. It is a good one.
