10g black peppercorns (crushed lightly)
1kg chicken feet or bones
4L water
2 bulbs garlic (with skin on)
1kg chicken
15g rock sugar
1 can button mushrooms
4 teaspoon salt

Can I replace them with whitea and black pepper powders? Another thing is, could you please share some simple and delicious clear or Chinese herbal chicken soup recipe & video please? Thank you.
Hi Cheryl. So sorry for our late reply. Whole peppercorns are better but if you really can’t get them, powder form is also okay. We have a herbal soup recipe made with pork. Not sure if that works for you. You can replace the pork with chicken ruclips.net/video/0me_6ErkT4s/видео.html

Good morning. High heat will breakdown the bones more and release more collagen which in turn makes your soup more milky. Hope this explains. Happy cooking!
