I was watching this video for the 2nd time. You were explaining the Mrityunjay mantra. I decided to click the SHOW MORE link expecting to read more about the Swadhisthana Chakra. I then read your statement about Arunima Shinha. WOW! I read her story on Wikipedia. Now I am in a state of Awe. What/ why is this feeling in my abdomen and what should I do with it?
I received my Citrine mala and earrings today. They are absolutely beautiful. I love the jewlery case and the silk bag. I wasn't expecting those. I am in love with them! I haven't put them on yet because I can't stop looking at them. I haven't even touched them. I just keep looking at them. Even while typing I keep looking at them. Also, I don't know if should put them on yet. I know I ask a lot questions but .......uhm, why am I experiencing all these emotions running through my body? First the article about Arunima Shinha, then after I opened my package and saw the mala and earrings. I feel intoxicated. What's going on?
Feelings and emotions are temporary and due to your response to an external situation. They subside with time. Citrine works on Solar plexus chakra and will strengthen your inner power.

I am writing a meditation for releasing fear. Do this meditation for one type of fear at one time. This could be “I Fear instability”, “I am dependent on others”, “I Fear that I am not given my due”, “I Fear failure”, “Mistrust on others”, “Expectations from others”, “I am not good enough”, “I fear Negativity/ disharmony”, “I fear Losing/ Losses” etc. 1. Sit in meditation and think of the fear. 2. Hear a soft music or a mantra music (I usually play Gayatri) 3. Think of the fear as vividly as possible and exaggerate it and let it come to surface. Feel the fear in all aspects of life.. Be it children, spouse, parents, friends, colleagues, seniors, company, customers etc. Allow all emotions of anger, helplessness, frustration, anxiety to come up. 4. All this while your ears should be hearing the mantra and internal eyes should be focusing on your fear. 5. Continue for 45 minutes to 1 hour 6. The fear will dissipate leaving pleasure and peace inside
This is a one time meditation for one type of fear. Repeat this every day for every single fear you have.
@@Sakhashree thanks for this meditation ma'am. Please also tell us when and how to practice chanting the sound LAM, VAM, RAM etc. for chakra healing? Do we need to heal one chakra per day or we can chant all the sounds at a single sitting?
@@prashidhajitdutta7868 Depends on how much time you have. It should be 21 minutes per chakra. You can focus on one chakra for a week and then move to next chakra.
