Hello Neeta Mam. Ty fo your beautiful videos. I need some clarification on the planet rulers of the chakras. Some teachings say that Mercury/Saturn Rules the MC and Jupiter rules the SC.But your teachings show that Mars rules the MC and Moon rules the SC. Please advise which to follow? Will really appreciate your reply on this question.
Mars signifies the drive, the fight or flight mechanism which is representative of the Muladhara (Root Chakra). And Moon signifies the fluidity and creativity of the Swathisthana and our identity.

I m doing 2 hrs meditation.now i hve issue like scitica like tingling on legs and pain on hip joint.
Is this related to chakras how would i know .pls suggest something .there is no pain .
I would suggest you continue your practice, your body is not used to sitting in the same position for a long time hence there is tinging sensation
Hi, I was doing 2 hours of maditation exercises since 4 months. I have started feeling some kind of tingling at my spine 3_4" up from base of spine..
What is it and why it is happening...??
It can be a lot of things. Sometimes we try to put a lot of pressure on that part because we are bending very forward or backward due to which we put a lot of pressure on the spine. You may need to get your posture corrected.

It starts a week ago and it is not painful even not for a moment. It feels like a little heart is beating there (1vibration after 1second). Of course it is not a heart. It mostly happens when I do meditation.
I think by my idea it can be some kind of unknown energy and I am afraid it can awake kundalini power in future. I am not ready for it.
@@rajanajam7802 It is not Kundalini for sure. It is vibration of a chakra that you have started tuning to. Meditate on that part.
