I had pain in my tailbone and both of my feet.. so I'm working on my root chakra from the last few months through yoga, sound therapy and tree meditation.. also I have been working on my fears. Emotionally I have had great benefits.. I have almost become a new person.. a better version of myself. But my tailbone and legs have been in much pain from the last few days.. Hello Neeta ji I have listened to your many videos on Chakra and I am enjoying. I found it contradictory when you say Purpose, in one video you emphasise on purpose but in another video you say actually there is no purpose.. !
Whatever role play we carry out in our physical existence is not our purpose. If we align to that, we develop expectations, control, desires etc and get trapped in this world of illusion. By detaching from it, we connect to the intention or purpose of life to take us towards self-realisation through the role play. However at a deeper level, even that is not a purpose. It just happens. But we have to align to the purpose through surrender. So we can say that it is a state between doing and not doing. It is called ‘alignment’ or Yog.
After seeing this..I feel spirituality is only for well to do One question was y u alws fear for ur survival. Ask farmers who do sucide as they cnt survive without food n money... Ask such under previledge people y they alws think abt survival
In sacral video description u told there is no purpose in life..here u r saying something contradictory... I heard many gurus who says do not take life seriously..sadguru says education is like industrial set up...let the children free..is it practical..if its so then poor children.like beggars etc should hve been more creative in the past..as their parents let them free..
