Beautiful. After working on solar plexus chakra (Manipura) yesterday i felt so much heat radiating out of my body. In night my right palm became extremely hot while rest of body was cold in AC room. Not sure what it means or is the correct reaction of body. It would be great if you could mention what kind of effects one feels physically once he/she activates their chakras..
Today i did heart chakra. the effects are yet to be seen.
