the fingers join at the tops, all pointing away from you. Cross the

Nabhi chakra is source of all upper and lower level energy .. nabhi is center of body .. first body part is nabhi in womb
.. so scripture also called it Vishnu nabhi after deep analysis of scripture and message of spiritual messangers I got this understanding that brahma Vishnu Mahesh Shakti Ganesh all r forms given to cosmic energy which work in different level in our human body and our body is called universe also here brahma is mind or man who is creator of everything and mordern science also agree with this point our mind is projector who gives forms to everything otherwise everything is energy. Brahma has multiple head in each direction it's represent multiple desires runs in every direction mind and brahma both r creator aspects of cosmic energy mind reside in top of head in sahstradal Kamal or thousands petal lotus and brahma also reside in thousand petal lotus in top of universe called brahm Lok and top of head is also called brahm randhra so our cosmic energy which reside in sahstradal Kamal is called brahma in scripture.we should not follow our mind for our spiritual progress so mind or brahma is not worshipped in scripture . Shiv means auspecious or gyan and gyan Jyoti reside in third eye or agya chakra after awekening of third eye all r looking equal there is extreme bliss after awekening this chakra after awekening this chakra we can play with kundalini sakti so shiva wears kundalini sarp as necklace after that we can overcome our fear so shiva sits on tiger skin like fearless agya chakra is controller of three gunas so shiva is connected with 3 number agya chakra gives us complete understanding abt real nature of five elements so shiva is panchmukhi agya chakra gives us dharmbuddhi . dharma form is called bull in scripture so shiva vehicle is bull called Nandi .gyan is destroyer of agyan or illusion created by mind so shiva is called destroyer of universe created by brahma . now Durga is called buddhiswarupa in scripture and Durga is Maya means which is shunya or emptyness so it's is difficult to understood so it's is called durgam or Durga this cosmic energy connected with shiva because buddhi always connected with gyan . Ganesh reside in muladhar chakra it's means base of body or universe so Ganesh is first worshipped in scripture and Vishnu means sarvyapi who is everywhere and this cosmic energy represented by blue or Black complexion like sky because vishnu means self or aatma or soul which is source of creation who creates even creator
Vishnu rest in shesh naag here shesh means the power remaining which exists always so soul is called Anant soul runs whole body preserve it so Vishnu is called palankarta or palanhari parmatma
He is called ramta ram because he is everywhere he is aatmaram because aatma is ram itself .. soul is called sarvavyapi and parmatma is also called sarvavyapi so how can two entities can be sarvavyapi so it means aatma is parmatma itself so kabeer also told this truth aatm ram avar Nahi duja .Vishnu reside with mahalakshmi who is called goddess of Aishwarya to increase bliss so soul 's nature is bliss so soul is called sacchidanand so sat means which always exist or enteral called sheshnaag , chit means Chetan or gyan called shiva and Anand means bliss or ahlaad called mahalakshmi so Vishnu or soul is loved by all these three cosmic energy so Vishnu said same thing for both shiva and Radha .once time Vishnu said without shiva blessings no one can attain me even in dream and Vishnu says same thing for Radha or seeta . actually it means without help of gyan and bhakti no one can attain his soul here gyan is shiva and bhakti is Radha or sita. So brahma or mind meditates on buddhi or Durga or Maya and Durga meditates on shiva or gyan, shiva mediates on Vishnu or soul and Vishnu or ram or Govind meditates on shiva and Radha or seeta or mahalakshmi .. Vishnu or soul or ram reside in nabhi chakra or Manipur chakra so it's shabd or mantra is ram. So whole yogic process start from muladhar to sahastrar chakra just to win over our mind . Ganesh means shubh Pavithra so before this travel we should purify our self by muladhar chakra and finally after go to sahastrar chakra then mind or brahma go back to Vishnu or aatma or self .. shiva meditates on Vishnu or ram it means gyan leads us to aatma always to bless us to free from this universe or body .
.. so ram dhvani in Manipur chakra reside .. awesome ancient science behind every story . Now I got little bit answer secret behind ram nam rahasya ..it is written in scripture ram nam is Omkar itself which is source of all spiritual and material world .. jay sacchidanand.. ram ram ..
