💚The Heart Chakra (or ‘Anahata’) is the fourth of 7 primary Chakras. It’s located in the center of the chest, opening our heart to love.

💚This Chakra is the source of our compassion and emotional balance. It governs the circulatory system and is associated with the heart, thymus gland, lungs, arms and hands.

💚When this is balanced, it radiates love, compassion, and emotional well-being. Individuals with a balanced Heart Chakra experience a deep connection with themselves and others, fostering harmonious relationships and genuine empathy. However, if this Chakra is blocked, you may experience difficulty in giving and receiving love, have a fear of intimacy, struggle with trust issues, and find it hard to forgive and let go.

💚This sound bath incorporates the singing bowl note F 343hz which is said to be the note connected to the Heart Chakra. These loving vibrations will bring a comforting pulse throughout your body and clear out any energetic blockages that may be stuck in your heart.

💚This exercise can be as short or as long as you would like. In any posture or setting, eyes open or closed, simply focus your attention to your heart.

Chakras are energy centers within the body that are believed to play a significant role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When our chakras are in balance, energy flows freely through them, supporting our overall health and vitality. However, if a chakra becomes blocked or out of balance, it can affect our physical, emotional, and spiritual health, leading to issues such as anxiety, depression, or physical ailments.

What I thought it would happen: peace, love, energy and all kinds of beautiful things.
What really happens:
A lot of pain on my chest, a lot of anger, screams on my imagination, a lot of sadness that I didn't saw yet on my subconscious and then the liberation of all of those stuff.
It was amazing, and I feel more complete now, It is like if I reintegrate something that I needed my whole life.
It hurts? Yes. But it healed me. ❤
And the best, the pain on my chest, that I felt a long time, doesn't exist anymore ❤️❤️❤️

Is it normal to feel like…if I was nervous? It’s not that my heart beats faster, but as if there is a space in the middle of my chest and it’s pulsating, quite strongly, getting all the way back to the spine.

Different Instruments will aid in cleansing different chakras.. tibetan singing bowls are known to cleanse the heart chakra or the seat of the soul.. the cleansing process is also an empowering one, as we are one with the universe, the more clear the channels become the more empowered we are likewise
Cymbals - solar plexus
The Flute - sacral
Drums - root
Singing - the throat
Synthesizers/Piano - the third eye
Harps - the crown
That being said.. if your energy is tuned correctly any instrument could technically work.. however.. it is all about the intent of the individual playing the instrument and the energies at play..
The Chakras are as real as you make them.. they each correspond to different organs within the body, and in that sense are very real.. especially when you take into consideration everything is energy.. the concept of energy centers isn't too big of a stretch
Another great instrument for the heart chakra is the Hang Drum Aka the Rain Drum
