i cant believe no one has touched on the love kyle has for sarah. terminator is essentially a love story. kyle would do anything for sarah, including risking his life for her, which he does. as sarah says in the end, those few hours they had together, they loved a lifetimes worth. this transcends into T2. however the love has shifted onto John. @lordvoldemort578 I think thew scene helps to explain Sarah drastic change. She herself has to become a "Terminator", to protect John. It wouldn't be easy knowing the world will somewhat end so, and no one will believe you. Kyle gives her that strength to go on.

But being a true fan, I only consider the first and second. Anything after is just Hollywood making money. James Cameron completed his story arc with the second. The machine learns what it like to be human.
@wondereyedrive I know She went from being a Girly Girl in the first one to a bad ass in the 2nd one. She kind of had to accept that she was the only one who knew and she had to do whatever it takes to protect her son and the future of Humanity. Just like Kyle did for her all those years ago...

It was then I realised that a film directed by James Cameron, truly is a James Cameron film. He is involved in every aspect of the film to ensure it matches his initial vision. Some will say Titanic and Avatar are his best films, but purist know that The Terminator and Terminator 2 Judgment Day; is his heart and soul.

LOL! Funny you say that, I just saw this movie like a few weeks ago on cable and my friend and came to the realization of how hot Reese was in this movie. I now know Michael Beihn is the actor yes. But I'd marry him too. >.>

michael biehn is an amazing actor - why did he fall off the radar so soon. The roles he got were amzin supporting roles but there wernt enough of them
