- This 30 minute vinyasa flow yoga tutorial is aimed at those with yoga experience and an intermediate/advanced practice. Less modifications are given as we work through postures with fluidity and strength. By all means, GIVE IT A TRY, just be sure to listen to your body and take child's pose when needed.

Love this flow! Heart rate skyrocketed and sweat began to generate! Excellent use of advanced poses. I loved your transitions into side plank. Headstand jumps are always fun :)

Loved this flow, it felt a bit different and I was happy to have the challenge. So yes please, some more intermediate/advanced is great when you can. I would say though that it was really tricky to see some of the postures in this lighting, just something to maybe think about for the next video. But thank you!

That's was my favorite practice ever! Thank you for the intermediate flows, I feel like I really make progresses with you! Intermediate practices are harder to find online compared to the beginner ones

Not sure you receive new comments on old videos. However, I regularly follow your practices and I guess after nearly 3 years of yoga I’m heading for intermediate level. I just cannot do a handstand, even with a wall. I think it’s a fear of falling over and maybe not enough arm strength. Love a head stand though!! Any suggestions? Many thanks and see you soon xxxx🙏

Cat what other workout do you do?
They say with yoga we are always pushing. Any pulling yoga exercise you suggest?
Can I please ask a question about the forward fold whilst in half lotus? When I tried this the first time and various times since, the pain of my ankle bone going into my thigh muscle is not pleasant at all, it feels similar to the pain of using a foam roller. Is this normal? If not what am I doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for you all hard work Cat!
