- One of my subscribers gave me the idea to do a bike check of my 2012 and 2016 Olympic bikes and see what was different, so here it is! I thought it was interesting seeing what the differences were. Which do you like better?

You're like the Tom Brady of BMX. A very nice well mannered man, who transforms into a cold blooded assassin when the helmet goes on.
Hahaha he is
love seeing the differences between the two!
Like if you thought Rio bike looked better than London.
What is the exactly gear you raced with?
I want to meet you you are so inspiring and I hope that one day I will get to race you.
I like your video and I find your very beautiful bikes
YouKIck good commentary
Hey Connor I got a 2017 dk bmx racing bike a couple days ago and i'm looking at the gear so I can start racing
Side plates are for finish line photos if needed
Your Rio bike is very cool
Very nice
I have been looking forward to this for ages! It was bound to happen!
Thank you,
On your London bike on the back of your plate what did u write there
Hi Conner I just brought a 2017 chase edge pro and has 20 x 1.85 on front and 20 x 1.60 what do recommend if you help thanks 🤔
Too cool
hi Connor, why don't you make more Game of Bike video's with some of the pro's
What are the wheel sizes
You should come for Gretna BMX raceways first gold cup in Louisiana September
One of the biggest differences between the frames that was not mentioned is internal brake cable routing on the RSP 3.0. It's a cleaner look.
Good point!
i would be awesome to know what´s your gear ratio?
Are you coming to music city nationals this year?
Where do you get your bmx bikes from
What do you think will be the main differences between your 2016 bike and your 2020 Bmx. Would you run disc brakes and a rubber chain ✌🏽
Yeah what do you think about disc brakes?
TheYBGOON they need to happen, I mean as a norm for bmx race bikes, and idk, some sort of led logo or something, just looks cool :P
hello I have a bmx track near me and it's free to go in and use and i've been going with my park bike just to learn how to pump i'm so out of shape but for sure this is really good exercise. But the bike seems like it wants to loop out sometimes is that why the race bikes have the long rear end and short handle bars? mine are 9" tall bars. Also i'm 5'7 what size race bike would you recommend like a 20.5 or bigger? I have to order from internet so not sure. Thanks love your vids watch all of them
tools longer rear end on a race frame so you don't loop out. For your size I would go for a pro xl. Top tube 21/21.25. 2017 gt pro xl is a good start.
nice
beautiful bikes!!
Thanks!
Clément Dulondel bieen vuu clément moi je vais essayer de voir ca avec daudet
Comment sa?
Clément Dulondel cest moi paul!😂
YouKIck a ok batatd
Have they caught the person that loosened your stem yet?
Connor what is your home track.
These bikes are niiiiiiiiiiice
Hobby racer: i need a carbon frame and fork to be faster.
Connor Fields: races the olympics on a aluminium frame :D
You should do a video of your trophy collection
Good idea! Thanks!
I'll be honest :30 into this- your headsets are too tight bruh!
What gear ratio are you running on your Rio bike?
My guess is 44/16 because every pro in 2012 was running a 46/17
What was the gear ratio from one bike to the next??
Wayne Riser 😂😂no professional (in any sport) will ever give you their ratios.
46:17
how many bags do you need
When you fly over 100,000 miles per year, a lot!
+Connor Fields im starting oit racing do u have any tips for me
Connor you should come to Gretna bmx
Not those bikes but unless you have already you should do a full bike give away
Connor, why don't bmx riders use carbon fiber forks, frames and other components? also, why don't you use a disc brake on the back and do you/can you run tubeless tyres? cheers Jonny
Jonathan Howson a lot of riders ride carbon. Some pros just don't need carbon to win.
Jonathan Howson I use carbon fiber and titanium forks
I race Bmx and the reason why we don't use disk brakes is because there have bean situations when the disk has cut people's legs
Steve Spadaccini I know this was the reason they banned them from road biking, but it wasn't really clear if it was the discs or on. Mountain bike 4x and xc racers have used discs for over 20 years without a problem. I have always wondered why bmx racers seem to stick with older technology. I have been to a few gate practice nights and the bikes some of the guys have are worth a fortune with customers king hubs, bearings etc so I can't see it being money that is the issue.
Hi Jonathan, the reason why some of these really high quality bmx bikes don't have disk brakes is because the disk and the brake can be quit heavy but normal brakes are quite lightweight, in mountain biking 🚵🏼 and the bikes don't have to be extreamly light.
Well 3 years into it and you have not answered not one comment. So why give you any comment or question.
Do a vid of how many bike parts you have
That would be a long video!
That would be sweet tho all the parts you been through
Lane Krupinski that would be tooooooo long of a vid lol

Nice vid bro! If you like Scott Cranmer it would mean a lot if you checked out my last video on him😊
100th like
Why no carbon fork?
Camwilcoxbmx 265 elevn is the parts brand for forks under the bmx racing group which owns chase. They don't produce a carbon fork at this time.
