That's too much bike for me, but it's incredible. I'm 55 and just took up riding pump tracks after breaking my C1 and quitting riding back in 2009. I go to the track at dawn to practice so no one has to see the old man re-learning how to manual a 20" lol. It's just a fun workout for me now. I hope I can get my flow back in a couple of months. Anyhoo, great channel.
Barry, that small screw that connects to the Elevn post mount adapter is one of the best bike hacks I’ve seen on RUclips to get that brake adapter to quit moving. Gonna run to the hardware store asap for my chase element!

I hope I'm entered been a fan for very longtime haven't raced since I was a kid raced during the ABA era in the late 90's and early 00's. I'm currently 36 now wish I had a bike to ride and race so hopefully with a little luck maybe win the bike. Do Shimano make BMX specific Saint cranks now or are they the same as the DH ones? If its the latter then you might need to swap out the chainring as the narrow/wide tooth profile won't work with a half-link chain. Speaking of which, don't you find half-link chains feel a bit spongy under heavy load?

Something about your colour ways love the teal blue. I got a 2022 chase eage but arfter almost 10 years off a bmx i crashed on my first night out 😂 and done my ribs and my pride. It's almost been a year and i think its time to try again but as a beginner 😂

Nice ride, have you ever thought about doing a wax treatment on the chain over the factory grease? If you are chasing grams with Ti bolts then 5 watts extra on decent chain lube could make a difference. BMX is a game of hundredths after all.
10:02 this is a good setup for mtb but no so much bmx. I bought the previous model lever wand current model caliper because of this situation. The previous model doesn’t have that feature but the actuation works just as good I remember wondering if chase would eventually come out with that cement and teal scheme on the act. I think it’s the best looking one they have

I have a question.. I used to Race and Ride Pump tracks with and occasionally hitting half pipes if I found one. I've been out of it for many yrs but when I rode we didn't have carbon bikes. I'm astounded by these bikes and I know they're like feather weights.. I know it's like $2k for frame and fork but what's a full build run with carbon wheels and all the good stuff.. my guess was $4k to $5k ??
@@barrynobles95 They definitely are... When I used to Ride My Buddies and I always Built our own Bikes and Back then always top of the line Frames And Parts. Now it's all Vintage and worth alot more.. For Example a set of Hutch Mini Bear Trap Pedals run around $800 if you can find em. We would even take those Pedals and file them sharper lol.. Dudes these days fear their Pedals but yall missed out on those days missing a pedal and getting g nailed in the shin with basically Daggers. I live about 45mins away From CattyWoods if you heard of it. A really Epic pump trails in Bethlehem P.A. I havnt been there but learned about it this past year or so. I have to be honest some of those jumps look highly intimidating to me. As we get older we become less fearless especially having not done it in a long while. I'd primarily be riding there so I'm not sure a Carbon Build would be a smart way to go. I'm afraid I'd break it.
