I'm glad you guys like this band. They are literally amazing. Been listening to them for almost 13 years. Truly lyrical geniuses. Welcome to the family guys. :D
Eventually, you should definitely react to Fiction. The backstory alone will make you want to listen to it. The Rev wrote this song days before he died and he sings in it with Shadows. It was originally titled Death so many people think this song was almost like his goodbye letter. It will give you chills
VinAnd Sori It’s a must to really understand the Rev. And I watched most of it. I was a bit busy when I watched so I had to skip around a little to get to finish in the tine I had
A little extra about this song. After the band finished recording Fiction the Rev called up M shadows later that night and said that this album (Nightmare) is gonna change the fuckin world
This song hits way too close to home for me and got me through a very similar tragedy. Revisiting it and seeing your reactions to the lyrics is bringing tears to my eyes.
I always felt that the " I need some guiding light , some place to go , if You hear me let me know" Meant to me something like : I'm lost , I lost my friend and now I'm loosing myself and I need help , if You (God) can hear me please let me know that you're helping . This song is just so .... beautiful , I love it , all of it .
Oh man. I was actually happy for you guys to break this song down. My favourite band, and one of my favourite songs. Plenty of tears shed during this, because the rev was a massive part of my life growing up. Still so many years on from his passing, still hits me right in the feels. The intro always reminds me of something out of Batman. And your explanation of how he may have seen the world in a dark place, I believe very similar to how Batman would've seen his world. Beautiful explain. Sori bearly keeping it together helped me be strong
Wow. I don't know what to say. I've always loved watching reaction videos, but all the other ones are nothing comparing to yours. You are such intelligent couple. Going through the music, trying to understand every single word and meaning, and just enjoying the music itself. I can tell, I've watched every video on your channel (with A7X ofc :)) and this particule one made me to write this. You know, Avenged Sevenfold is a special band for me. Though I listen to many different types of music (I'm kinda addicted to it), this is the band I listen to almost every day. With the wide variety of songs about depression, fighting own demons or just life itself as it is, they combine this with so good instrumental music. Thanks to their passion and talent, they can really speak from their hearts playing music, which I've always adored - expressing yourself through the music. I know it's kinda long comment and may be full on grammatical errors (I'm from Poland and still learning :P), but I just wanted to say thank you, cause it's the first time I've watched a video like this with tears in my eyes. I know it's kinda stupid to keep to that one band, but seriously they've got a lot to offer. I know that you have a lot propositons for the next reaction videos, but songs like Coming Home, Blinded in Chains, Buried Alive (hell, even just whole Nightmare album) are the songs I will be really looking forward to see on your channel. That being said, I already subbed you guys, you're doing great work, just be who you are, beautiful people.
What an amazing response! I read every word and feel extremely honored that you took this time with us to watch our videos and do this comment for this long! Believe me we will be reviewing all of the songs and more that you mentioned. We’re putting out one video a day so we can make sure to catch up. Continue to rock and be honest with your feelings brothers!! -Vin Out ✌🏽
Me too man. I listen to a lot of different types of songs, but the one band I hear like 8-10 songs every day is Avenged sevenfold (Save Me, Exist and Blinded in Chains my favorites). The way they analyze their music is really good, i always think when hearing the analysis "oh yeah I thought about that too", i feel so good hahah. Or sometimes they interpret the lyrics in a different way than me, wich is awesome too. Anyway, just wanted to say that I feel the same way about the band. Hugs from Brazil!
And we lost our way tonight is them referencing fiction when he says, you'll find your own way when I'm not with you tonight? That's what I got from that line.
Every time I listen to this and So Far Away I always cry been a fan of avenged since i was 8 now 21 grown up with them I was so sad when i heard Jimmy died, I thought it was the end of the band but I'm glad they moved on after mourning not just only there band mate there best friend and Jimmy ''The Rev'' would be proud.
The "stone cold lips and heresy" line to me refers to the other song on their album titled God Hates Us. That song is heavy and to me represented the band's anger. Through this song they expressed the anger of losing their friend
They have already questioned if it was this feeling that they wanted to have in this song and Matt said it was not true. Jimmy even helped with her composition.
VinAnd Sori the Rev is the reason I play drums. I saw play at a show on my 18th birthday. I will never forget the he pointed directly at me and I think it is because God inspired the Rev to point at me. I believe that God works in mysterious ways. I don't believe in coincidence because I was meant to see him play. The Rev was extremely talented through the music he produced. I will never forget the day I found out he died. I was in shock when I found he was dead. Avenged Sevenfold was considering disbanding but I am glad they kept going in honor of the Rev. I wish I could meet Avenged Sevenfold and tell them the impact their music has had on my life. I love your video and keep up the good work.
I personally believe The Rev did commit suicide, because he was 28 when he died and doctors told him that he most likely wasnt going to live past 30 because of a heart condition and his last months would have been agonizingly painful, so he wrote with the band on the album, Nightmare, and a few days after giving them his final song, Fiction, he died. All of the years and shows he performed before his death were spot on and absolutely insane, in only about 10 years of being a drummer, he was able to blow minds and his song writing was on another level, he is known as one of the best metal drummers even though he had such a short lived career, really shows how amazing he really was, so he gave every show his all and made the best songs he possibly could while he was living so that people could enjoy and recognize the mark he left in the music world. All of the songs that he wrote, such as Almost Easy, Fiction A Little Piece Of Heaven, etc. Are among their best songs ever imo, I just love them so much. RIP Jimmy "The Rev" Sullivan, foREVer will his music live on.
Favorite band. Favorite drummer. The Rev gave me that mind-opening experience to how intricate and musical metal drumming can be and as a drummer, I think he may be my biggest influence. I cried when he died and I cried when I first listened to this album. But I never saw this song like this until now...not sure why...but thanks for the reaction and this song means more now to me than it did before. Yall are awesome
"Sanity left us all blind, and dragged us all behind" sounds like a reference to our need for control, to know or be right, and have the answers/comfort. Which, inevitably, leads to suffering. "Insanity left us behind, and walked right through the door" would be letting go of all of that. Reminds me of the old quote, "there's the known, and the unknown, and inbetween are the doors."
Just lost my friend in the most tragic way, he was a big A7X fan. It's so hard to listen to these type of songs, but it also makes me happy. Unexplainable emotions
Fun fact: the ''Skull'' at the beginning was their late drummers addition and the rest of the band has no clue why and what significance it has but since they were used to his craziness they just rolled with it
Very emotional songs on this album I think you should check out crimson day by them it’s a song for Matt shadows son he wrote to tell him how he brought him out of these dark times
VinAndsori the sad thing is that when rev was in the tenth grade he told synyster gates's ( the lead guitarist ) dad that he was gonna be in a famous band and die before he was 30 ( he died at the age of 28 ) because he was in pain a lot because he was born with a enlarged heart
*WARNING* This is gonna be a long comment *WARNING* First of all, I'm happy to see that you figured out how to screen capture. I mean, it wasn't perfect, but it will get better. Now for the song background which I find extremely important. So the album was close to being finished when The Rev passed away. The drummer on the album was Mike Portnoy who was previously a longtime drummer of Dream Theater. The band said that this had to bet their best album because it's the last one with The Rev. This song is the closing song of the album and all of the songs on it are dedicated to the late drummer. Now, you did two videos of avenged sevenfold in a row, you attracted a lot of avenged sevenfold fans and you are going to be drowning in their requests. If you are going to do any other songs, I would suggest for them to be off this album, Nightmare. But I think the best would be So Far Away as it would be a great continuation of this video. And The Rev never missed any snares, Vin 😂😂 He was too good.
VinAnd Sori mace. Like pepper spray. It's one of M Shadows favorite stories about Jimmy. One of the years they played rock am ring in Germany, Jimmy got arrested for public intoxication and the cops had used pepper spray on him. They threw him in jail without giving him a shower and he essentially left from overnight jail straight to the venue. Well, as he was playing, he was sweating. That sweat had dried mace in it and was dripping into his eyes as he was playing the show. Look up avengeds favorite stories about the rev and you'll find it. It's explained quite hilariously and makes you just wish that Jimmy was your own best friend because he was an absolutely decent and amazing person.
Found you two through this vid and id like to thank you for actually listening to this beautiful song. A7X is my all-time fav band but and this song still gets me every time after all these years. As much as id like to recommend another avenged song ill try somthing else, FullMoon or Replica by Sonarta Arctica
That insane guitar twisting is called a "dive bomb" at 2 minutes and 46 seconds of your video. Very glad I found you guys along the wormhole of RUclips. Seem great.
Well ...I found my best duo youtuber And Vin you are simply amazing with analyzing lyrics You always show us another meaning for songs I've been listning to for a very long time
VinAnd Sori the truth is, I’m very moved by your reactions to this song. My 17 yr old son attempted suicide last year by swallowing an entire bottle of 100 Aspirin. He only decided to live when I thought he was just sick with the flu and I wrapped my arms around him and told him how much I love him. This week he’s actually presenting in front of the school board to bring change and awareness to teen depression and suicide. You could say he’s turning a mess into a message! So proud of him, but this song really wrecked me. Sori’s reaction didn’t help me hold it in... 😂
6:19 I had an experience similar to this, my brother's best friend who I also considered family died a few years ago, he was murdered in his own home, so a few months ago I was dreaming, and I saw him sitting in my chair that I always sit in, and then my brother walked in and I looked and I said "Do you see him too?" And my brother said "yeah", and just like that my brother's best friend faded away, and right afterwards I woke up
Tonight we all die young - Like we all (that knew his talent and energy) in this moment are being inspired from him and we all are connected doing that trip with him.
Lost my dog almost a week ago and this dog was basically what kept me going in life. Anyways I know what you mean by dreaming about them and then waking up to realize they're not there anymore and it hurts. I literally have dreamt about this dog almost every night. It's really been fucking with my head
It's my fourth music reaction video I've watched on your channel. What I really like about you two is your deep, accurate and open-minded analysis. You don't just listen to a song, you try to catch a context behind it which is really helpful. I've been listening to A7X for 10 years now but never really checked the band's name origins. Also I love all these biblical references of yours and the fact that you're not afraid of speaking about our faith ;) as someone already mentioned somewhere in the comments, their song Chapter Four goes into the story of Cain and Abel. Wish you all the best :)
Saw a7x live 6 times. Me and my best friend nick would go anywhere between Orlando and Atlanta to see em. We were blessed to see the rev twice before he died. They played save me live in Jax FL. Our hometown. It was beautiful. It was sad. It was uplifting. But mostly it was powerful. These guys are talented beyond what you can believe.
You should check out Victim by A7X. Most of the songs on this album the lyrics were written remembering The Rev. But Victim basically is how they truly felt. "House full of roses, a letter on the stairs. A tape full of messages for anyone who cares..."
Wow! Thanks very much you guys for this review. I’ve always loved this song from Avenged, but never realized it was a tribute to the rev. Matt (lead singer) once said in an interview that the entire nightmare album was a tribute to jimmy. He said that with the exception of the song “nightmare”, the entire album was written in his honor. And the only reason they left nightmare was because jimmy loved the lyrics, so they wanted to keep them the same.
Man I'm so late on this boat but god I love your review on this. As an a7x fan since '04, I was lucky enough to meet the rev a few times and God he was crazy, wonderful, exhausting and when he was lost it was like a shot to the gut. Us fans didn't think avenged could come back without him. Or that we could either. The shows for that album after we lost the rev were emotionally exhausting but at least nobody had to grieve alone for a while. There's something magical about this song in particular that encompassed the grief, rage, confusion and fear that comes with sudden loss, and it's horribly, beautifully relatable to anyone that's lost someone. When the rev died, insanity left us all behind that day. There's a magic to that exhausting crazy, a magic of impossibility and implausibility and sometimes the worst feeling is for that hard, cold sanity to be all you've got left. We miss you Jimmy, we will always miss you l, foREVer.
great reaction an song.. hope you know i was kidding about opening up Vin on the Tool comment💜 few years ago lost my lady friend(hate saying ex) I tried all I could for years helping her addictions. for a short time I thought she was succeeding on that path but I found a hole in the web of her lies. I know she wasn't really lying to me she was only lying to protect herself I also lost my best friend 11 and a half years ago. 4/20 marks the half year anniversary. he also lost his battle with addiction. both of them had expressd to me of their depressions an addictions that they did not express to anyone else and begged me not to tell others. going through the tool Trilogy an this Sevenfold trilogy feels like I'm going through therapy😞 i thank you both for your videos💜 have a wonderful night Peace
Awesome reaction, keep up the videos you guys are going to get way bigger on RUclips, stay motivated. :) Suggestions: Vermillion, Snuff, or til we die - Slipknot / wrong side of heaven - five finger death punch
Really enjoyed this reaction. I adore A7X (biggest fan in the world level of obsessed) and watching you 2 react to this, hearing it for the first time brought back a fair few emotions. I love the entire band as they got me into Metal but The Rev was my main guy, my idol and he definitely loves on through us fans. Thanks again!
This is why I love reaction videos. It's not just the reactions on people's faces but also what they take from it. It is never right or wrong, music means different things to different people. The one thing I think you should understand is that metal is mystical. It is about taking what we all experience and trying to see how that fits into the grand design. When listening to this it is easy to focus on the experience of the person and why they wrote it rather than how they are interpreting it in a universal way. We have all these profound things that we don't speak of that we all experience, because it is taboo. We instead focus on the trivial and the mundane. This is insanity, and deep down we all know it. That is why they continually says, "They all know!"
Really?!? IMO one of the top metal songs of all time...definitely in the top 5. Lyrically very strong and relevant today...and the music and riffs are so complicated and clean...so many transitions...just a beautiful song.
Subbed and liked, great reaction to this song (my personal favorite from them). React to Warmness on the Soul by Avenged Sevenfold. Edit: Some heavy songs that are my favorites from them that you should react to as well: Chapter Four, The Wicked End, God Hates Us, Critical Acclaim.
They kept the Reds Whispering from his original concept recording of the song. I think that makes the song even more special that the Rev lives on in this album
They have song called 'Lost' off their self titled album. I think it's their most underrated song. It'd be great if the two of you would react to it. It's super melodic and has a message.
as a non native english speaker ive never understood at first the song and i had never really put much tought to it but your review helped me understand it better
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. You've gained a new subscriber! And like a couple people said, I would love to see you react to Fiction from the Nightmare album. Keep up the good work eh!!
One of my original favorites as far as A7X songs go, was probably "Unholy Confessions"... The whole Waking the Fallen album was awesome. I'm just beginning the video so maybe you touch on it later but if not I was just wondering if you were aware the band name comes From Genesis and the story of Cain and Abel. They even have a song called "Chapter 4" which goes through the story of the brothers and the way God handles the situation by marking Cain and stating that he will continue to walk the earth safely and anyone who killed him would suffer vengeance times seven. Or in other words... Cain would be avenged sevenfold.
When someone you love dies apart of you dies. There can always be memories in your mind, dreams, pictures or video but you won't be able to grow old together and do new things together so in away the night that person dies, the ones who love that person a part of them die too
Sounds good I think that’s actually the fourth request for that song! You A7X’rs are the most loyal fans in the world I swear ! Oh, have you joined the cult yet? 🤘🏾-Vin
I can tell you, i remember the day he passed, my buddy/roommate (who was a drummer) was literally crying in his room over the death of "The Rev" and he read me the first artical that came out, thay has been hidden since then.. that he was just pretending to be santa on someones roof, and fell off. Now idk if he fell after death or whay happened anymore, but it does show where his soul was, he wanted to be playful to the end.
They also had another band mate that almost died from drinking A LOT of "cough syrup". That one was intentional. The Rev also had really bad stomach problems as well
Listen to Brompton Cocktail by Avenged Sevenfold. From what I had seen on a article. Jimmy " The Rev" Sullivan died from an overdose of a few medications. Kinda like a Brompton Cocktail. Hints the song name lol 🤘
I actually always thought it was the other way arround that the ghost is talking to the sleeper who was dreaming "we only wake up when we sleep" meaning they wanna be alive after they died... but you guys brought up a good point gonna analize
I enjoy y'all's superlative reactions as opposed to the ignominious reactions that one finds on this site - subbed. I recommend Torn Between Scylla and Charybdis by Trivium or Buried Alive by Sevenfold.
this song was actually written by the rev, this album was the rev`s masterpiece, the songs that they made about his death were so far away and victim. they said in an interview that after he died they changed some of the lyrics but the song was made by the rev
I, personally, feel/think that the "soul plane/4th dimension" is the only true existence. I heard an interview with Matt/Shadows and I'll summarize what he said in this radio interview, is that Jimmy/Rev felt like he was trapped by his skin and that's the reason for the handcuff tattoo on his neck. There's always a story behind every tattoo. I think Jimmy had a better understanding of life. Whether it be in this world or the next. In my heart, I feel like God sends us here for a purpose, a reason. We have a job to do under God's guidance. I don't believe we are sent here just to die. Our fingerprints do not fade from the lives we touch.
the drumer in this song is mike portnoy, the rev's idol
Whoa didn’t know he felt that way about him!
In the recording its the rev
Stab Master Arson No it isn't. The Rev died before they officially started recording the album.
Stab Master Arson no, mike portnoy recorded it. and then Arin be a new member of a7x
Big Smoke He died before this song was even written.
The voice that says "skull" and "they all know" is the rev.
@The Lord15 ok?
it was but it was unusable so they had m shadows do it
Shadows did it
Welll? I stand corrected.
Derrick Wilson it’s okay. We forgive you
I'm glad you guys like this band. They are literally amazing. Been listening to them for almost 13 years. Truly lyrical geniuses. Welcome to the family guys. :D
Glad to be home!!
VinAnd Sori welcome to the family is one of the songs on the album
A7x is my favorite band!!!!
Like IF you miss the invisible watermelon ;)
M. Shadows and his invisible Watermelon 🤣🤣🤣
im too bro
I guess he finally crushed it.

The song was a suicide note.
and brompton cocktail about how he wanted to go out
This song hits way too close to home for me and got me through a very similar tragedy. Revisiting it and seeing your reactions to the lyrics is bringing tears to my eyes.
The word “Skull” is actually Jimmy. It’s a recording of something he was working on that they found and they put it in the song.
This was actually in the demo recording of the song. The guys thought it was cool and funny and kept it up.
Lidia Torres where’d you hear that from? I heard that it was part of a project jimmy had and that they put it in the song because it sounded cool.
@@travisspaulding9540 Because I heard the demo
Lidia Torres what does that have to do with anything? I’m going off what A7X said.
@@travisspaulding9540 because in the demo there was already that part of the song. lol
I always felt that the " I need some guiding light , some place to go , if You hear me let me know"

Agreed Brother! “So far away” is next !
Your reactions are great I like how you actually listen to the lyrics and break them down to understand them. Definitely subscribing!
Sweeetttt!!! -Sori
You talk about songs in ways nobody thinks and that opens my eyes and made me think a lot more about what I'm listening to I'm really just speechless
You guys need more subs. The few videos I've seen of yours are so good. They feel so personal, and you're so open. Great stuff.
That’s the idea my friend. And we’re just starting !!! 🤘🏾

Goodbreak down!
Y’all emotion has me tearing up! Great job. Love the break down
This song is pure talent and I love it so much it has a lot of special meaning to it. Avenged is the most talented heavy metal band.
Just lost my friend in the most tragic way, he was a big A7X fan. It's so hard to listen to these type of songs, but it also makes me happy. Unexplainable emotions
You guys are the only reaction channel I actually stay for the breakdown, even though it's so fucking long, I still love it.
I like the real reactions. Definitely authentic. This whole album gets you thinking. Definitely subscribed.
Cool! Thanks for giving us a chance! -Sori🤟🏻
Fun fact: the ''Skull'' at the beginning was their late drummers addition and the rest of the band has no clue why and what significance it has but since they were used to his craziness they just rolled with it
Whoa !!
Its Jimmy that sings skull, it was going to use in other song, they ended up using on Save Me
The Rev wrote most of the words to this song.
Very emotional songs on this album I think you should check out crimson day by them it’s a song for Matt shadows son he wrote to tell him how he brought him out of these dark times
Uplifting ?
Indeed
Cool!
connor eisenhower wrong album
It’s about the birth of his son
And also I am glad you guys figured out how to make the video visible.
Ya we have been putting in time to make the vids better for all of us!
VinAndsori the sad thing is that when rev was in the tenth grade he told synyster gates's ( the lead guitarist ) dad that he was gonna be in a famous band and die before he was 30 ( he died at the age of 28 ) because he was in pain a lot because he was born with a enlarged heart
Wow. Crazy
React to St. James it’s off of their Hail to the King album its another Rev tribute song
I'm gonna have to re listen to that song. I didn't really like it but now the I know that I'll give it another shot
*WARNING* This is gonna be a long comment *WARNING*
First of all, I'm happy to see that you figured out how to screen capture.
Your comment was like one of our videos and I loved every word. Thanks for the background. Whst an amazing band !
No problem and if you are doing So Far Away you need to watch the music video for sure
iamflow rev was a god at drumming. Dude played to a crowd of 50,000 with mace in his eyes in Germany
Mace?
VinAnd Sori mace. Like pepper spray. It's one of M Shadows favorite stories about Jimmy. One of the years they played rock am ring in Germany, Jimmy got arrested for public intoxication and the cops had used pepper spray on him. They threw him in jail without giving him a shower and he essentially left from overnight jail straight to the venue. Well, as he was playing, he was sweating. That sweat had dried mace in it and was dripping into his eyes as he was playing the show. Look up avengeds favorite stories about the rev and you'll find it. It's explained quite hilariously and makes you just wish that Jimmy was your own best friend because he was an absolutely decent and amazing person.
wow, i didnt even think about these 3 songs that deep! thank you for the reaction
Next avenged sevenfold-exist
"Tonight we all die young" means that Jimmy (The Rev) died young and when he did a big part of them all died too 😢
This is metal... and a true reaction.... thank you
Thank you guys I love this song!
We really wanted to give the song the respect it deserves
VinAnd Sori I hope you are enjoying sevenfold.
We are the song was deep man
Found you two through this vid and id like to thank you for actually listening to this beautiful song.
A7X is my all-time fav band but and this song still gets me every time after all these years.
As much as id like to recommend another avenged song ill try somthing else, FullMoon or Replica by Sonarta Arctica
Finally someone suggests that band!!!
That insane guitar twisting is called a "dive bomb" at 2 minutes and 46 seconds of your video. Very glad I found you guys along the wormhole of RUclips. Seem great.
Well ...I found my best duo youtuber
And Vin you are simply amazing with analyzing lyrics
You always show us another meaning for songs I've been listning to for a very long time
My take on the line "Tonight, we all die young" means that when the Rev die, a little piece of them dead along with him.
great reaction as usual, keep up the good work
Thanks Tristan!
Oh man, the sound was way low and you talked through an incredibly awesome musical section/solo!!! Lol
It’s my bday give us a break!
Much love brotha!
I bet! She gets me a lot!! Whew!!!!
Tell your son we are VERY PROUD OF HIM and happy he stuck with us all!
My god, ur understanding into the song is just amazing man :)))
Avenged Sevenfold - Sunny Disposition
6:19 I had an experience similar to this, my brother's best friend who I also considered family died a few years ago, he was murdered in his own home, so a few months ago I was dreaming, and I saw him sitting in my chair that I always sit in, and then my brother walked in and I looked and I said "Do you see him too?" And my brother said "yeah", and just like that my brother's best friend faded away, and right afterwards I woke up
I think you guys are getting me into Avenged Sevenfold! Incredible musicianship! Great songs!
I love that girl! i love how she enjoys the music!
Y'all are a beautiful couple! Your reactions are so raw and real!
I’m glad I found you on RUclips. You both have interesting points of view. Thanks.
I'm so happy you guys have done so many a7x reactions/breakdowns.pretty pleaseeeeeee EPICA :)
great reaction an song..
hope you know i was kidding about opening up Vin on the Tool comment💜
few years ago lost my lady friend(hate saying ex)
I tried all I could for years helping her addictions. for a short time I thought she was succeeding on that path but I found a hole in the web of her lies.
I know she wasn't really lying to me she was only lying to protect herself I also lost my best friend 11 and a half years ago. 4/20 marks the half year anniversary. he also lost his battle with addiction.
both of them had expressd to me of their depressions an addictions that they did not express to anyone else and begged me not to tell others.
going through the tool Trilogy an this Sevenfold trilogy feels like I'm going through therapy😞
i thank you both for your videos💜
have a wonderful night
Peace
Very brave of you to share that. Sorry for your losses.... glad our paths crossed
I did not type this I spoken to the phone in a lot of the words it misspelled or put wrong words I apologize
Save Me! One my favourite song
FYI I saw this song (my favorite song) live outside at a festival at night. It was the last song of their set and the whole festival. It was amazing.
Used to be their longest song until "Exist " off The Stage
Awesome reaction, keep up the videos you guys are going to get way bigger on RUclips, stay motivated. :)
Suggestions: Vermillion, Snuff, or til we die - Slipknot / wrong side of heaven - five finger death punch
Thanks for the Moto Dylan. Snuff is def on the list, vermillion I’ve never heard before so that should be coming up soon !!
That’s coming soon... stay tuned!
There is a breakdown of this song by the band. The REV wrote the song. They said it was a mess to put together but they had to record it.
"Tonight we all die young", i guess it means that in the night that The Rev died, they died too.
thank you
Why? What did it mean to you?
well thank you for reacting/analyzing this song. i pretty much had the same thoughts as u when i was trying to understand the lyrics :)
Appreciate that my man! Glad it touched you!
i think avenged - creating god, for next XD
Slayer - Silent Scream
...
Metallica - Master of Puppets
Megadeth - Holy Wars
All great songs lyrically...
Never heard holy wars before
Really?!? IMO one of the top metal songs of all time...definitely in the top 5. Lyrically very strong and relevant today...and the music and riffs are so complicated and clean...so many transitions...just a beautiful song.
It’s on the list !
ruclips.net/video/AVC2A20hwKU/видео.html
When we get to that one, we’ll use that video !!
Welcome !!
Higher by Avenged Sevengold 👍
Are you in the cult yet ?
Yes! I'm in the cult 🤘😎🤘
Excellent ! -Vin
The night The Rev died, he was at a party for something and before he left, The Rev was singing, laughing, playing a piano and having a great time
They kept the Reds Whispering from his original concept recording of the song. I think that makes the song even more special that the Rev lives on in this album
btw this is my third favorite Avenged Sevenfold song. Makes me miss my guitar.
They have song called 'Lost' off their self titled album. I think it's their most underrated song. It'd be great if the two of you would react to it. It's super melodic and has a message.
as a non native english speaker ive never understood at first the song and i had never really put much tought to it but your review helped me understand it better
St James please! Its beautiful and I would love to see what you guys think of it!
Fiction, Now :) I love The Rev voice
By popular demand !
Sub now!!
So to put it simple, not only did the Rev die young, but as a collective, they all did. Loss can really change a person.
Geeze sooo true!! -Sori🤟🏻
What makes this even more sad is the Rev actually wrote this song.
I thoroughly enjoyed this video. You've gained a new subscriber! And like a couple people said, I would love to see you react to Fiction from the Nightmare album. Keep up the good work eh!!
Welcome to the cult! Fiction is coming up this week guaranteed !
I kove your discussion. It's so entertaining. You earned my sub ✌️🏽👌🏽
There can always be memories in your mind, dreams, pictures or video but you won't be able to grow old together and do new things together so in away the night that person dies, the ones who love that person a part of them die too
My favorite band 🤘
would love a reaction of fermi paradox by A7X.... such a beautiful song... :)
Welcome aboard! Get us a sub and we’ll list it for sure !!
Welcome to the cult!
Amazing reaction! New subscriber!
Cool Logan! Welcome to the cult!!
How did u find us?
Hey love your videos! Do VICTIM by avenged sevenfold!! It’s a song about the rev that they wrote and it will make you cry
Sounds good I think that’s actually the fourth request for that song! You A7X’rs are the most loyal fans in the world I swear ! Oh, have you joined the cult yet? 🤘🏾-Vin
Suicide doesn't end the pain. It just passes it to someone else.
Brompton cocktail is how the rev died and it’s also a song by avenged sevenfold
I enjoy y'all's superlative reactions as opposed to the ignominious reactions that one finds on this site - subbed. I recommend Torn Between Scylla and Charybdis by Trivium or Buried Alive by Sevenfold.
Much appreciated, that’s high praise. Since you subbed, Sori will list it !
Both ghose songs are great
this song was actually written by the rev, this album was the rev`s masterpiece, the songs that they made about his death were so far away and victim. they said in an interview that after he died they changed some of the lyrics but the song was made by the rev
Allahu akbar walillahilham.
Thanks for this reaction. You make me remember about Him (ar rahman)...
