Watching from Taiwan!! You’re the reason why I’ve done so many blasphemous (I mean delicious! ) things to my spaghetti over the years. 😅 Also, thank you for crediting the recipes to the countries they come from. Your beef noodle recipe is Taiwanese approved !
From Paris, thank you Marion, you have been my teacher since the lockdown, and I appreciate a lot your reciprs/explanations/smile. I usually buy thinly sliced beef for carpaccio but it could be perfect for Japchae. I will try soon. 🙏🙏🙏
I made this for dinner last night, my first time! I fell in love with glass noodles when I had sukiyaki, I will make this again and again! Calling you from New Jersey, Bruce Springsteen country
Hello, I love watching you cook. I am from New England, Massachusetts. It is beautiful here in the summer, and there is amazing organic foods. Thanks for all you do.

Hello Marion! Watching from the small state of New Hampshire in the U.S.! Its 10pm here, but I am watching for tomorrow nights dinner ideas! I love using my MAKO Wok! Thank you for everything you do!
I'm watching from the middle of France. It's in the countryside and it's hard to buy all the different sauces and marinades. So I'm liking that you show how to make it yourself. And I find it also a lot of fun to make it from scratch.
Hi Marion I have been following you for years now. Absolutely love your recipes & your style. Thank you so much for all the tips & tricks you share with us. Im watching you from Sri Lanka 🇱🇰
Thanks for another great recipe! Made these last night and they were delicious. I've never made these sweet potato noodles before, so thank you so much for your tip to soak first, since the instructions on the noodle package didn't mention that, and I think it made a big difference. They had the perfect texture and were, as you say, delightfully bouncy! I think this will be a terrific base recipe for experimentation in addition to being perfect as written. This will be on repeat with various meats, veg, and marinades.
I've never used a wok but you certainly make me want to try one! I love your recipes and videos, I love your cookbooks. Maybe it's time I start my wok journey with the MAKO and your new cookbook!
Bay Area California! Because of you your Korean fried chicken recipe and spaghetti Bolognese is are my family's favorites! Thank you for all that you do!
Love how colorful, and I already know how tasty this dish will be. Haven't had sweet potato noodles before, but I will keep an eye out for them. Thanks Marion for the recipe, always appreciated!👍❤️
Hi Marion! Watching from Belgium but born in The Philippines. 😊 I’ve been watching your videos since I saw your Vietnamese-style pepper chicken noodles bowl (one of my faves to make). I’ve been a fan since! Thank you for sharing your recipes, it hits home whenever I try to make it myself. ❤
Marion, your japchae noodle here is the most luxurious version I’ve ever seen. I love japchae. I live in Los Angeles, where the Korean diaspora is the largest Korean community in a major city in the world outside of Seoul. The japchae dishes I’ve eaten here do not have luxurious amounts of ingredients nor are fully seasoned as yours. We love to eat it actually w/ white steamed rice - so it’s starch on starch ! YAY !
Have watched from Zurich, Switzerland🙋🏻♀️❤ Your Wednesday Evening episodes are brilliant!!🎉 I really love your Asian Cooking Channel the best!😊🫠👌 I have been learning a whole lot about Asian cooking from your channel! What a great job you're doing! Amazing! Thank you always for your inspiration, dear Marion😘👍
Another Texan here! We do cotton to spicy food due to our long historical affinity for Mexican cuisine (which morphed into Tex Mex). Long time subscriber. Love these Wednesday healthy, short & easy.

Hello Marion... I like your cooking and talking ways ..it makes cooking more interesting and the result exciting....Tata here from Quezon City, Philippines
I love potato noodles ! I haven’t made Japchae in a while …Time to make it soon! I love it with beef , but for my veggie friends …I just cook it with veggies. It’s great weeknight dish as long as I cut my veggies ahead of time and just cook at 6 pm for dinner . It’s better than take out ….and I add more beef than takeout so I can cook for 4 -5 in one dish for cheaper .
Good evening,From The USA🇺🇸 Marion. It is quite late here in San Francisco, California.Better known as the Bay area. I've been watching your channel for many years and will continue. I am watching from Halifax, Canada. I am pregnant and have a crazy craving for Japchae that my Mom makes at home❤😢 Your recipe looks so good. I may try to cook it myself!
Watching from Bulgaria 🙌 I have recently discovered Korean sweet potato glass noodles since I have become sensitive to gluten (cannot eat beans either). Great tips - 1) open the package from the side in order to pull the noodles out without breaking them 2) soak in water before boiling so they can fit in the pot :D P.S. Recently I saw a short about sweet potato tortillas, but there is no recipe, I am not even sure there is sweet potato flour available here (there is tapioca starch), and would love to be able to enjoy a nice wrap or sandwich again :)
@@Marionskitchen No corn, no oats, I need to be lectin free (dr Gundry proved right in practice). I use a lot of his substitutes to do your recipes :) Besides, I think it would be fun to try a sweet potato tortilla :)
Is rice flour an option for you? In the UK, they substituted wheat- with rice flour when it was cheaper than wheat. That was, when the US was still a colony and they grew rice in the Carolianas.
Yes, rice and sweet potatoes are good for autoimmune conditions, thankfully! I enjoy so many of Marion's noodle recipes and do them with rice noodles or sweet potato noodles. Big fan of asian cuisine :) I was just really curious about a sweet potato tortill
