I do like the idea of wearing a ring instead of a watch. Watches are bulky and heavy and make that part of the wrist sweaty. It’s also hard to sleep with a watch on. A ring is much nicer to have on all the time. Hopefully they’ll make it cheaper and without a subscription one day

Absolutely love my Oura ring! I’ve had it for a few months now and it told me when my temp elevated when I got COVID before I even felt bad. I was able to test early and isolate myself to protect my family! Can’t stress enough how well this ring works!!
You should review the Garmin Fenix 7 as a smart watch. Skip all the activity stuff about it. It has amazing battery life and does all the normal smart watch stuff.

I would love for apple to acquire this company and fold the tech into the Apple Watch. I use my ultra for activity and not only does this not sync workouts to the health app and requires a paid membership, it is marginally better if not equal to apple in sensor quality and data tracking.
Yeah, that's why I got an Oura too. Less effort than smart watches, no need to change band colors or anything. Plus it's more comfortable to wear in your sleep than the smart watches/bands. It somehow tackles a more holistic and wellness approach compared to other smart devices, which is better for activity. Might be good to protect it with an OSleeve too!
