    OK, great video. I own the LTT backpack. I will say this. I LOVE IT. I do fit the category of I take everything with me, so I love all the space. Best Backpack I have ever owned. I have tried a lot. Yes its not fancy, but I am over 40 and I don't care about look good for someone. These are things I like to keep with me. I work in IT, and CyberSecurity so its worth it to me t carry a lot of stuff. Now, like many have posted, and you hinted at it. I would love to see a Backpack made by the king him self, UrAvgConsumer. I would buy that sight unseen, because I trust you, and I have never once disagreed with you when you do reviews, or whats in my Backpack videos. PLESE PLEASE make one. Thank you again, Great video.

    As a college student the bag allows me to bring literally everything I will ever need for an entire semester on me at all times (which I don't need to do). It also allows me to be ready to build out on film shoots since I have the ability to pack everything I need. I have also used it for a couple trips and it is able to fit a pair of size 14 shoes easily as well as a change of clothes, some books, a computer, pair of headphones, and many other things. If all you need is a big rectangle this is the bag for you. It is expensive but it will do that job perfectly

      I'd have a hard time supporting someone who had only added a warranty cause people pointed it out at scummy behavior to criticize others warranty policies and then turn around release a product with no warranty...just saying then again with everything thats happened now...i'd be hard pressed to trust anything linus endorses after all they can't even get performance charts right and won't spend any extra to fix inaccuracies now.

    I agree with something Linus said in his video about the backpack, this is basically the best Convention backpack around.
    This is the backpack to use when you make a weekend trip or a trip to a Convention or something, it’s a one-bag solution, it fits all the clothes for a weekend, everything you could need and it does so while being compact for the amount of stuff you’ll carry.
    It’s not the bag I’d choose as my daily “to and from work” option, but you can’t beat this for Cons.

    Like LTT with the Creator screwdrivers, it would be awesome to see alternate colour versions for the inside. So instead of orange for example, UrAvgConsumer would have teal instead! Alternate colour versions would be amazing!

    • @SquintyGears
      @SquintyGears Год назад +4

      It's not really possible... The screwdriver custom colors are fdm printed and then just used in the assembly line. A whole different color fabric is not that easy to swap. A highlight thread color maybe is more equivalent.

    • @ToonerSKooner
      @ToonerSKooner Год назад +3

      @@SquintyGears Changing the fabric colour is as easy as telling the manufacturer to change the fabric colour. That's pretty much all they have to do. If another creator came and said 'hey, Creator Warehouse (one of LTT's businesses), I wanna rebrand your backpack (or other item) with my colours and logos. Can I?'. They would say yes, after all the paper work was done of course. That's partially the reason for Creator Warehouse existing is to make great produces and if someone wanted to, rebrand for their purposes. That's all on record.

    • @SquintyGears
      @SquintyGears Год назад +5

      @@ToonerSKooner yeah it's kinda like that. Except that isn't cheap at all. The amount of fabric pieces and stitching and stuff that's involved after you've chosen another color that we will assume has the exact same mechanical properties, makes it much more complicated to swap. And also you would generally have to order a batch of minimum quantity. So you better be sure that your 60k blue backpacks are what people will want and you can't make a unique version with special colors for each creator.
      That's specifically why i pointed out the creator screw drivers are 3d printed color parts.
      So you didn't understand OP's question or how manufacturing is limited.
      MKBHD goes to linus and tells him he wants the same in red and he'll find out he need to order a whole batch of them...
      See also, gamers nexus one off print for the metal band build they just showed. The only reason it's a one off design is because the only difference is the print. The rubber underside is the one from their own product. They only had to ask the factory to print something different as a sample.

      @@dallasreilly7599going off what Linus has said on WAN show, there’d be a huge minimum order for something like that. It’s something LMG could handle because of their size, but I don’t think many tech RUclipsrs could justify that outside of *maybe* Marques. If you have to order 2000 minimum, but you only sell 200? That’s a lot of stock just sitting there doing nothing.

    LTT should release a much simpler version of this for the everyday person for around $150. I feel like that would sell like crazy to the average student market. Instead of that second big compartment area there’s just the one and it’ll just look slimmer and have a nicer look to it.

As a business you need to compete in price as well or you flops, simple as that. You could even argue a 90$ price for what you're proposing but 150$ is too overpriced
      Btw I'm totally in for the current LTT backpack as a travel backpack and all that it offers 250$ is a solid proposition, not for everyone, but if you want to tone it down you have a different target market and way more competition

    Great review of the bag. I currently run a TBG Daypack Mini and it holds my daily essentials or for day or two long trips if I pack on the conservative side. Plain and simple, it's a diaper bag I can add molle pouches to. For a guy with no kids, the bag is pretty nifty and has lasted a good bit, even strapped to my motorcycle. I've been dying to get my hands on the LTT backpack for the amount of usable pockets it has and the quality product that LTT is known to have. Though the price is steep for a bag, Linus says it'll be the last bag you buy for a number of years so I believe it to be worth it (when I can manage to get it).

I also leave in Brazil... I don't feel super comfy about carrying a backpack that screams "steal me, I have valuables". Some people backpacking also like to buy used Osprey backpacks to avoid that kind of issue.
    If Linus made this with airplanes in mind (carry on, under the seat, etc), I could actually enjoy it because it has fancy stuff without looking super fancy. It could actually beat the "used Osprey backpack to not stand out and be robbed"

    This backpack is high quality. But my thing is I can't justify myself throwing down that much for a backpack for my usecases. I have one that is nice and big and has a cable to where you put in a battery pack and can charge your phone with.

    Backpack WAY too big...and for the price, I am the type that the backpack needs to make a fashion statement too.

    I just can’t justify spending this kind of money on a backpack when I can spend less than 1/3 on a backpack just as good
