Hello Dr Aiken. I found the channel while doing some research on I/O psych. I was looking for psychology careers that build upon what I enjoyed and excelled at while working towards my BA in Psychology (statistics and research), along with what I excel with At this point, I am unable to attend a university for a masters due to family and job commitments, but I could do online. I am curious if it is feasible to get a job in IO with an online masters instead of an in person one? Or do recruiters scoff at online? I am also curious what the prospects are in smaller communities. Apologies for the long comment and the questions. Thank you for this channel and the information that you provide!
