Do you think Catalyst Gold is one of the reasons you got such great stomach flattening results in Tracy Anderson Metamorphosis? Did it help reduce cravings or make you eat less?
It’s hard to say how much it helped, but it DEFINITELY did. This morning I forgot to take my vitamins and was much hungrier and just wanting to snack much more than when I take it. It’s also keeping me regular digestion wise which only helps with my midsection bloat. A few of my girlfriends have tried it and are taken back to be uncovering the same findings. So to answer your questions directly: Definitely helped my Tracy Anderson results and helps reduce my cravings, curbs my appetite and overall eat less.

I don't take this type of ethereum. However the one I take I've noticed over time that I appetite has lowered.
