All of this. I did 75 hard. Only walked. Drank a gallon of water. Eating my ideal body weight in protein. I dropped 20 pounds, slayed 5 inches off my waist. Set up good habits to continue. I’m 51 and perimenopausal. Your pillars are legit

I love this topic! Also you are so motivating. A few months ago I made a plan to walk or do some other form of exercise for 20-30 minutes a day. Nothing crazy or unsustainable. I was surprised how much this improved my mood. I did start slacking in the last few weeks due to some family issues and home renovations taking up my time. But I am not beating myself up about it cause I was still” active”, not sitting around. Your video today re invigorates me to get back to regular walking/rebounding/stretching/weights. If I don’t make it a big deal, it feels easy, no pressure. Thanks, love your videos

Rachel. Thank you. This was literally one of the most inspiring, motivating videos I've ever seen in terms of weight loss and fitness goals. Genius. Anyone can do. GREAT structure. I'm starting tomorrow!! (it's 9:30pm for me now, otherwise I'd start today!). I ordered Hamelin's Model 1 course, only $53 for 10 workouts that you can keep forever?! Amazing. Traditionally I've been a kettlebell girl but hearing your message about doing less I'm ready to try that. Also, the cellerciser-I have one as well as a bellicon I got the ultra strong cords for. I have to admit, I really love me my bellicon. With those ultra strong cords the resistance is ALMOST as good as the cellerciser, but I know for muscle building the cellerciser is king. Blessings to you lovely woman. Can't imagine anyone hating on you here. You are adorable and so helpful 😘💟

I am trying the 75 Medium method on your advice. I am wondering given your interest in fascia health (I think???!) If you have heard of Essentrics - it has some of the qualities of excersie you are now advocating - low impact, not crazy cardio and about facsia/connective tissue health. Anyway - that's a potential new rabbit hole for you! Thanks for your content and for sticking your neck out to push back on BS advice and offer simple and cheap alternatives that work xx

Great video! I know that 75 medium has a lot of great habits but the one that probably made the biggest difference especially if you were regularly drinking a few times a week is the no alchohol. Im glad you did 75 medium and not hard as hard can be so taxing on womens bodies especially. I also think you got good results from doing easier exercises most days so your cortisol wasnt consistently elevated. I wish a challenge like the RevMe Challenge got as much attention as 75 hard/soft/medium gets as its more about building foundational beneficial habits for the long haul vs pushing yourself for a period of time. Probably great to do after something like a 75 challenge picking the habits you want to see stick. Anyways keep up the great work....so glad you're back!

What a great video Rachel! I too, have been making it easy, just to get some type of daily ‘movement’ in, even if it is just stretching, and I feel so much better. I want to try a rebounder!

Eff any haters! We would be fast friends IRL because you’re wellness curious it’s matches mine, and clearly by the comments, SOO many more people! Couple thoughts: fast like a girl doesn’t work if you are on contraceptives of any hormones, I’ve looked into that. I also think you have to keep changing it up as you age, what works one year, doesn’t the next. It’s so hard! I’m in my mid-40s discovering this and constantly tweaking. My workouts are nearly identical to yours, and low impact and low cardio is so much easier on your body if you want to avoid joint issues or feeling constantly hungry from crazy cardio. My recent hack: majorly upping my protein. Easy! Duh why didn’t I do this earlier?! Mostly bc I’m not a big meat eater, but it really makes an impact on your frame & feeling satiated.

Just started your video I found a way that works for me Warrior Diet 20 hours fasting low carb, lower fat mostly protein and lifting weights and a bit of Peloton biking and dog walks often with GoRuck bag and 45lbs in it. Down about 12lbs in last month 10-15 to go to have my teen abs back! Looking forward to watching this video. Oh and just started taking Berberine for glucose control I think it helps.

Thank you for this. You’re doing the lord’s work. 😂 I’ve been struggling to see the scale move with all the bike and weights exercises I’ve been doing. It’s so discouraging not seeing weight loss after being at it for three months. I’m saving up for the cellersiser for this summer. Super excited to get it.

The struggle is real! The Cellerciser is pricey but so worth it. It’s so EASY and effective. I wish I would have known it could be this easy years ago 😅

First- thank you for great content! Second- (my add ons) let’s not underestimate the wonderful power of having an “accountability partner” in any challenge, then next- adding TONS of fruits & veggies to your diet, in addition to the gallon of water a day, is added nutrition & fiber, low in calorie density & what you regularly eat= what you crave! Lastly, when you’re pregnant, you’ll likely be reading “What to expect when you’re expecting”(so kinda obsessing about your baby daily) which is motivating to feed your body healthy stuff, plus there’s lots of great content now about the “sober curious movement” & the negative health effects of alcohol, so you could check out Mel Robbin’s,Andrew Huberman’s & Rich Roll’s podcasts on that. 💝
