March ‘23, I was told I needed knee replacement because I had bone on bone at age 81. I’ve been using the vibration plate for one year at 30 Hz. I’m now walking without a limp and without any pain meds. I’m regenerating at advanced age. Don’t let anyone tell you that it can’t be done! Surgery was NOT my answer. Daily, consistent use of the plate can help BONE healing.

How long did you do 30 HZ per day. All at once or what?

    • @deepost2604
      @deepost2604 Месяц назад

@@rawsomeone1 Clinton Rubin advises doing 10 minute sessions with 2-3 recovery hours between. This can be done as much as 5 times per day. The idea is that you are turning on cells, like flipping a light switch. I usually do 3 times per day. He’s the guy who worked with NASA research and kids at St. Jude’s.He has many published studies so his advice is credible.

One use and felt better. Right away. Took 10 minutes. Use it once to 5 times a week

@@laurab9518 Please search Clinton Rubin who developed the vibration plate to assist astronauts with bone recovery. He emphasizes consistent use every day. More than one 10 minute session can happen, but allow 2-3 hours between for muscle recovery. The vibrations are like flipping a light switch for your muscles. You want them turned on. Otherwise he says, they return to being “couch potatoes.”

    GREAT for cellulite!
I bought my plate for circulation but after using it for a few weeks… the cellulite on my thighs started to diminish a lot! I kept using it and my legs are much tighter now and my cellulite was reduced dramatically.
My husband noticed and so did my sister… in fact she couldn’t believe the difference. She just ordered one yesterday ! Honestly, I have better legs now than 15 years ago .. and I owe it to this plate.
But for full disclosure, I also used ankle weights 2 times per week… However, that’s not what made the difference because I’ve used weights before and NEVER saw my cellulite disappear like this. I’m actually wearing shorter dresses and feel totally confident ! 👍
I don’t use it for 30 minutes… instead I use it once or twice a day for 5 -10 minutes. I don’t exercise on it, instead I tighten my legs and butt as tight as possible… while I tuck in my tummy. You can actually see where you’re flabby… and as time passes how you’ve improved!
Word of Caution- I did read some where to be cautious and not to shake your BRAIN…because just as the plate causes muscle contraction during the motion… you shouldn’t jar your brain in the same manner. You can tell when your head is shaking too much, so it shouldn’t be a problem.
Thank you so much for your wonderful content! I wish you tons of success !

Definitely look into the Cellerciser or whatever brand you prefer. I did my research and bought the Cellerciser for a lot of the reasons she talked about in her video. Great company! I talked to Jerry vs. Dave. He was just as down to earth as people have said Dave is. Anyway, no regrets on the brand.
I worked up to 10 mins over about 2 months. It's amazing how long 2-3 mins on a rebounder feels when you're out of shape! It made such a huge difference! It has helped me, and a few friends, with quickly clearing sinuses, swelling throughout the body, energy, ease of motion including going up/down stairs, mood, loss of inches in various places around my body, and some other things. This happened while I was working up to 10 mins daily, just doing baby bounces or other simple movements. It's been awesome!

BTW as an FYI you should stand with slightly bent knees. Never stand up fully straight as it damages your joints... You'll also feel it more in the back of your thighs more with bent knees. Ive started to see a slight reduction in cellulite too

@@RundownwithRachel I enjoy how I feel when I’m done using it for 10-15 mins after my trampoline workout. I lift weights while standing on it and squats so getting in a workout too.

@@ashleyparker1203 I got best choice products vibration plate. I do my free weights while I stand on it 10-15 minutes. I can’t say for me I noticed anything from it since Sept until now. No weight loss or any cellulite reduction or tightening of the legs. That’s awesome for people who do experience it but that hasn’t been the case for me 🥹The trampoline I definitely love and enjoy. The energy lift afterwards and getting lymphatic system moving is fantabulous! My thought …keep up with the trampoline and add some small hand weights to routine 😄

I need to get a vibration platform here; I do have a mini-trampoline, thank heaven. I also walk a lot daily where I am. Our border collie mix makes sure that I walk even more! Also, I’ve added adult ballet exercise to my routines! It’s brilliant for maturing women! Hope my note finds you great! And thanks, again! In so many words, one surgeon getting called out denounces M8 as a way to promote his face lifts 😳.
But to answer YOUR question, even though I like to do the vibration plate earlier in the day, I have heard that some people will even do it before bed! Though I can’t say I’ve done that. For me I’ll probably stick with earlier in the day.

I've had one for about 3 years. It still manages to decrease bloating and gas. It causes itchiness, but I think that's due to circulation. There are times I have to haul my tail off to go potty. Most times to number one but it has brought on number two as well. These things cannot be bad. I've been inconsistent over the years, but a few days ago, I decided to make it part of my health regimen, so I use it after my morning workout and just before bed. I love it. I know one way or another, it's beneficial.

This is what happens when TJ runs out of my goat milk kefir. #3 Congrats on hitting 10K subscribers! That's awesome and you deserve it! #4 You can have Hillary mode! Beyonce has Sasha Fierce. Right? #5 I find vibrators overall desensitizing, so I don't love them. Hehehe. #6 I had edema when I pregnant....pelvic edema (yep, there!). No bueno. No no bueno. And I legitimately didn't try a vibrator to help, but I will say movement sure did. Walks. And then an ice bath because it was damn hot where we lived. #7 You're making my "want" list longer! I just bought one on Amazon. It should be here within the week. Can’t wait to get it trying to rehab all the aches and pains of growing older. I have a old sprained ankle that still haunts me to today after several years. I’m thinking it will definitely help with that but mainly, I would like it to help me with body fat and my lower back pain that’s been haunting me for close to four years.
Alleviate the pain by going to the chiropractor once in a while when I need it. Also, I’ve had lymphatic problems, especially when I used to work in the nuclear industry. I quit working in the nuclear industry and my lymphatic problems went away. I was getting swelling in the lymph nodes under my arms. I haven’t had that problem in years thank goodness! I got onto a real expensive machine The other day for five minutes it was incredible. I had it turned up a little too much, but man it created a sweat and my heart rate went up. It was incredible! Hopefully this gets me back into a healthier lifestyle. Otherwise I’m stagnant. Hopefully it helps with ADHD also.
Thanks for the great video. Good information!!!!
