    True story: I’m middle age, perimenopausal, and was starting to have leaks when I would laugh or jump up and down. I got a rebounder and the first few days (maybe 5), I would bounce a teeeeny bit of wee would come out that I couldn’t stop. It felt like my bladder was trying to fall out. BUT after LESS THAN A WEEK AND A HALF, all those issues cleared up and now it feels like my internals have toned up, that’s the only way I know how to describe it. I was sold and I’ve bounced every day since.

      Is it possible to heal hip bursitis to a point where rebounding doesn't hurt or aggravate it? I love rebounding, but since I've acquired bursitis I haven't been able to maintain rebounding without quite a bit of pain. I'm wondering if I just do the health bounce over time if that even might encourage healing to that area to where I can eventually do full/regular rebounding again at some point. Would love to hear thoughts and suggestions, or your experiences.

    I saw someone who does pelvic floor therapy teaching about rebounding and how it relates to the pelvic floor. If you leak, do less of a bounce. I was wearing a pad every time I got in my rebounder cause I went at it too hard! Backing off still gives me lots of benefits and now I don’t pee! She also said by backing off such as in the health bounce you can eventually improve and strengthen your pelvic floor and find you can be more elevated in your bouncing if you want. It is amazing and addictive. I got my to help with lymphatic drainage for long Covid. As I said before , I did some heavy duty workouts that I didn’t enjoy as much as simpler( drier) ones! I mean look at all these comments! I don’t want the ladies who have pelvic floor issues to give up! Btw I am 66 and have four grown children and 13 grands. Been an exercising health nut kind of person for years. Done all kinds of different things but nothing made me want to do it regularly like the rebounder.

      I used to use a pad during allergy season because I was coughing and leaking constantly. In the same time period I got 3 UTI's. Learned from a friend that the bacteria caught in the pad was causing it. She said better to buy a ton of undies and change them constantly than using the pads. Haven's had a UTI since and that's been over 10 years.

    Thank you for this video. I purchased a medical trampoline, come May, 3 years ago. It eliminated swelling in my ankles and overall improved my lymph system I'd suffered with for more than 20 years within a few weeks. Combined with intermittent fasting, I lost 35 pounds effortlessly. The tip in today's clip to lift my heels while Rebounding is a fabulous. I could feel it in my calves and know the benefit strenghtening calves have on walking. It never occurred to me that I could work on that while rebounding.
    In addition to rebounding, I target and tap...this is best combination which works wonders for me.
    While beginning to watch this video it hit me to get up and rebound while watching.
    This form of exercise has transformed my life. Many thanks again for this clip!

    I almost got emotional watching this video- I spent over 10 years (my entire 30s 😭) in nearly debilitating pain due to two types of autoimmune arthritises. Got a rebounder a couple years ago it was absolutely the gateway to getting my life back. My pain is not gone but building up the strength around sore joints has helped take pressure off them. I made a decision- I’m going to have this pain the rest of my life, I can either be in pain & be weak, or be in pain & be strong. Rebound 3x/wk but also now in the gym 6x/wk & can easily manage hour long walks (told you it was a gateway!)… that damn thing basically saved me 😂. BEST €50 I’ve ever spent!!!

      😭😭 I heeeear this. I am 38, was diagnosed with fibromyalgia a long, long time ago, so I am used to low energy, fatigue and flares of pain, pain pain. But about 2.5yrs ago after a minor surgery, my body turned on itself and I have been extremely unwell since. There have been days and weeks where I genuinely think to myself “when my children are grown, when I am this many years old, when ________… I don’t think I’ll keep living.” In other words, I consider that I don’t want to live with this body and life much more necessary, ie, when my children (who are now teens) don’t need me anymore (I know they’ll “always need their mum.” but you know what I mean) THATS how much my heath has been affected, it’s ruined my physical and mental health. I just ordered a rebounder, and I am very newly using a vibration plate too. I can’t even do yoga anymore because the nerve issues I am having flare up too much with yoga. I have been working out for 3 months trying to get stronger and fitter (I am mid/average weight, not overweight, but over the weight I would like to be by 10lb) I have been watching what I eat very closely, and yet, I am not losing weight, it’s been very frustrating, because I can’t really do more than I am, without aggravating my body and having serious symptoms because of it. I am hoping a rebounder will change my life too. Your experience gives me hope!

    I worked with someone that gave me a rebounder in the 90's. I would jump on it for 15-20 minutes a day. It was very rigid and my ankles were kinda sore. So I'd do what I thought of as mini bounces. I was about 225-230 as a 5'3" female. I lost 20 lbs in about 5-6 weeks. I couldn't believe it. No one had ever talked to me about rebounding and I hadn't heard of any of the health benefits or studies that you've mentioned. Eventually I moved to another state and that rebounder couldn't fit in my car. So I gave it away. That was many years ago. I have recently lost over 170 lbs (at my heaviest I was 358.4 lbs). I do kettlebell swings and have a Bowflex. But I was just looking into lymphatic drainage massage for the abdomen and this video came up. So I thought the least that I could do was watch. This was insightful and very informative. Thank you for the content.

    I bought a Cellerciser about 4 years ago and plunked it down at the side of my living room, played with it for a couple of days and there it sat collecting dust or serving as a place to lay papers. After my 2nd Covid vax, I developed serious breathing problems and am on oxygen 24/7. Doing anything is a major issue. I walk very little because I get out of breath, even with the oxygen. One day, I had a friend over and said I was thinking of selling it. She said don't be silly, get on it and just walk in place because I had lost so much muscle strength in my legs. I got on it two days ago and just bounced ever so slightly for about 5 minutes and I could feel the burn in my calves. Next day I got in position for the Jamba run but did it ever so gently and I felt the burn in my thighs. Oops - I missed today, ready for bed and don't want to get all wound up. I loved how energized I felt and happy. Must do it tomorrow. I am so jazzed about it, my niece is buying one and an elderly friend who can no longer run due to bad knees and a heart issue is getting one. Thanks for your fun video,

Healthy, well people don't buy their merch. 😏 (My mom told me back in the 70s that a Dr told her it was hands down the #1 best exercise he'd ever come across, for anyone and everyone. ) Happy New Year and thanks for a kick to my butt to stop procrastinating. 💃

      Thank you for this comment as I have had a lot of these issue and have tried many rebounders but needed this encouragement. I do have a bad knee and every brand hurt me including the Needak and a bungee one until I finally found a brand that didn’t hurt me but now I’m worried about a ct scan that showed issues with a scmorls node or chronic long term fracture in my back that’s pressing on a nerve. Any thoughts to this or the bad knee? I should call Dave because eventually I do want one of his that folds away.

    5 minutes on a rebounder is equal to running 1 mile your body does not know if you're going up and down or across the a surface... It moves your lymphatic system extremely quickly which is your immune system and it helps pump blood throughout your entire body it's the best safest exercise anyone can do and all you need to do is move it by 2 in just stand on it and move a tiny bit and you will get benefits you will feel it in your calves you'll feel it in your thighs and you will feel it all your whole body is the best exercise that anyone can do. And if you can't stand up then sit on a chair and put your feet on it and push it push it down with your feet. And over time you will get more strength or sit on it and boince. You don't have to bounce hi just a little bit that's all you need.

    The very first time I tried bouncing, it worked! I have since unlocked another level to new gains and personal records. Simple short, high frequency bouncing for twenty or thirty seconds after an exhausting effort. Cheat code works? You can feel your body relax, your muscles "bounce", open and allow rejuvenating blood flow through. The very first time you try it, it feels incredible! Although you might get some funny looks?

    I've had a Bellicon for almost a decade, but barely use it now ever since I bought a Cellerciser this year. As fun as jumping on a Bellicon is, it doesn't give me the support that a Cellerciser does. Now I can get a more intense workout, with less stress on my body, and much less fatigue. The bellicon has soft bungees that make the mat sag (no matter what the bungee strength is) that cause my feet to overcompensate, which gives me joint pain. Before, I would use my bellicon maybe 2-3x a week, but now I use my cellerciser almost everyday, multiple times a day, because it is a more enjoyable workout for me.
    I bought my cellerciser from a distributor in NYC who's been in the alternative health space for more than three decades and he told me to forget about the bellicon because it's just for aerobics - that only the cellerciser would help me with serious lymphatic drainage.

    • @wubyadee7376

      I LOVE! my Bellicon. There’s no way in the world I would trade it for a spring trampoline. Ever. I had a ReboundAir and an Urban Rebounder, both springs and nothing can compare to the buttery softness of my Bellicon cloud.
      You might have the wrong bungees on yours.
      The smoothness equates to those trampolines at the trampoline parks. It’s like butter. I have the largest one so maybe that makes a difference. It’s amazing.

    • @wubyadee7376
      @wubyadee7376 9 месяцев назад +6

      That distributor is a conman. Any trampoline will move the lymphatic system. But the Bellicon will do it smoothly with no jarring like the springs have.

    • @structurednoodle
      @structurednoodle 9 месяцев назад +10

      @@wubyadee7376 The Cellerciser is different from cheap metal spring rebounders (like the ones who have tried) because of it's patented springs. I kept my Bellicon for so many years because I thought I would be downgrading to springs, but this definately doesn't apply to the Cellerciser.
      The springs on the Cellerciser make for a short, but very smooth jump, that is much more effective for working out imo.

    • @structurednoodle
      @structurednoodle 9 месяцев назад +4

      @@structurednoodle I would never trade my Bellicon. Trampolining isn’t supposed to feel like a workout. It’s literally jumping. The way it works doesn’t work the same way as tearing down the muscles to make them stronger.

    Great video. I recently got a rebounder (bungee and love it) as I need a soft landing. I’ve got scoliosis and canal stenosis so was looking for a very low impact cardio and came across the rebounding. I have to start really slow but have worked myself up to two healthy rebounds and one 10 minute rebound a day and it has made a difference in my pain. I am in constant pain. BUT after recently seeing a chiropractor, what I thought was all nerve pain in my back and hip is not! Some is but a lot is from absolutely exhausted and fatigued muscles. He taught me belly/abdominal breathing and then how to do it under pressure (ie your muscles activated) and holy moly. In about 4 days of doing this, my back pain is down to about 25% of what it was which is actually life changing for me. I can do so much more it’s incredible. He explained our core is like a soda can. Under pressure you can stand on it and it will not crumble, when you release the pressure, it will crumble. So these breathing exercises help to build up between the lungs and our pelvic floor. The rebounder in a way does this as well so that is why I felt a bit better. Crazy, been in pain for years and some exercises/stances with proper breathing almost fixed it in days. We are born breathing this way and then we change when we are about 5 years old. Also, the infrared sauna helped too which also has AMAZING benefits.

    This is great! When I was in college, I got a job at a gym teaching mini trampoline classes. This was before they were called rebounders ha ha. I had no idea what I was doing, but I said sure I can teach that. I knew how to teach aerobics so I just Figured it out. We actually used records and we would get off in between songs and put a new record on and people would just keep moving in between. Ever since then I've always had a mini trampoline in the house… I go through phases but especially in the winter I love having it because I'll just get up and jog on the mini trampoline for 20 minutes while listening to a RUclips video or something, interesting… I've been doing this for years and it's just part of my regular routine. Anyway, thanks for sharing this I just got a new mini trampoline… See I'm old I don't call them rebounders still but anyway you know what I mean and looking forward to starting back up again I took a little break just because I needed to get a new one and hadn't taken the time to do it.

    I’ve had my cellerciser since they first came out decades ago, it’s so solid! It still works great, but I took off the cover around the springs because I kept tripping on it. It’s the best thing I do for my health, just 10 min a day.

    Working on the fascia helps reduce cellulite and that pain you get in your thighs when running and in general

      I think it helps with standing more erect as well. I've noticed a difference.
