Nikki I am new to rebounding. I turned 75yrs. 2 days ago. I bought my bellicon for lymphatic drainage mainly as I have lipodema and lymphodema and just finished leg bandaging. now I have to maintain my condition so the swelling does not return plus wearing compression. But what lets me down is venous insufficiency as my legs are too tired to continue so I only do 3 mins at least 3 times a day.

I am new to rebounding. I’m 64 and turning 65 in three months. I did your beginner class barefooted and afterwards my feet hurt. So today I wore my shoes. My feet feel good today. My ankles and feet don’t hurt today. Thank you for your class and how you teach.

But a pound is a pound of whatever...

Muscles do not weigh more than fat. 5 pounds of feathers and 5 pounds of nails each weigh 5 pounds. It’s muscle density, it takes up less room than fat.

I’m turning 60 this year and I am looking for new ways to stay fit and active and improve my health. I’m getting ready to purchase a rebounder and am glad to have found your channel. Looking forward to learning rebounding. Thank you!

OMG, YOU ARE SO RIGHT!👍🏻 Rebounding REALLY helped my sneeze and pee episodes.lol👍🏻😁And i sleep so much better at night after doing a short 5 min health bounce…😊

  • @elizabethsydnor5247

I'm so happy to know that rebounding can help my pelvic floor prolapse.Because I felt like I was gonna have to discontinue because of that so thank you for that confirmation

I found you through Leah/Lymph Love Club and I’m so glad she mentioned you. I’ve had a rebounder for 2 years and almost got rid of it because I couldn’t find anyone to help me use it in a way that worked for me. Now I’m feeling excited that I’m finally going to be able to reap the benefits from this thing that’s been taking up space (literally and mentally) for two years. ❤

I had a chiropractor tell me NOT to use a rebounder to prevent disc and spine wear and tear. I am inclined to use the rebounder but gently. I am 74, had a mild stroke 4 years ago, have slight balance concerns, don’t do walking as I once did, am diabetic, no weight loss concerns. How about the back?

  • @wildabezet860

I’m thinking of getting the JumpSport 430 without the expensive stabilizer bar. I am 77, but my balance is pretty normal. If I start out slow, do you think the absence of a bar will be too difficult?

I'm a 55 year old Special Ed. Kindergarten Teacher. I am also very stressed. I bought a mini trampoline during the pandemic, but was afraid of falling and gave it away. I just keep thinking about it, however, and I've got to do something besides emotional eating to alleviate stress. I bought another one off Amazon last week and tried it for the first time tonight

Also love the fact you are a beekeeper as well since my sister is as well! ❤

You're doing great things! Thank you for giving your time.

Hello Nikki - I've found your channel so helpful, and I loved 'meeting you' in this video! I bought my Fitbounce pro on the recommendation of my pilates teacher about 4 weeks ago. With your help (I put you on my kitchen work top and talk back to you in your videos!) I've begun my very fun rebounding journey. I love taking it gently while focusing on my core. Thank you so much for being down to earth and practical - some of the other 'beginner' (???) videos out there are so unachievable. I've been recommending rebounding to friends - and I'm going to recommend your channel too. Greetings from Oxfordshire in the UK!

  • @lorrainepacker9451

I just found your channel this week and then found you on Face Book too. I'm so glad I found your videos. Thank you! I have my first rebounder on the way, and it is not one of the top models, but I'm just starting out and want to see how it goes.

  • @dandersohn

I haven’t e recoded in a very long time. I need to move. Lack of movement has caused me hip and knee pain.

  • @hattkelley296

Thank you so much! I am watching 9 months after your filming. I am so grateful for all the info! Running off to join!
